Overall great hotel from the beginning, Juan David was very friendly and kind. He help us and give us a great welcome to the hotel, the location is awesome. The breakfast was really good, great variety.

no bottle water, no imitation sugar,no toilet paper i the premises, service unfriendly they tried to overcharge taxes ,commission to Bookings,price quoted at the reservation. very dirty place

everything is super nice

noise from the other rooms. You can hear everything was done or said in the next room.

Breakfast was not bad- the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

the only good thing was the pool that was in a average condition

so many things went wrong with this one, first for the price looked very nice hotel but upon arrival, the staff where very limited to one person, she did tell us that the pool was with reservation and we reserved it, for nothing there was people there too, next they did not clean any room after 1 night, no towels no bed being made which is something that you are waiting for in a hotel, the place was very untidy broken glasses not taken care of the facilities at all, the breakfast was ok but the attention was fatal. We think that the photos are not at all as the place used to look like which was the main reason why we reserved here,

The staff is very nice and helps with anything you need. The pool area was a lot of fun. The terrace where you can have a breakfast is really nice.
