The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. The property perfect for our needs, having everything we needed. The house xould have been cleaner in kitchen area, like walls and sink area. Needs some good maintenance attention

The house was nice but not very clean and was in need of repairs.
I had to call the renter and have the screen replaced in the master bedroom
And my Daughter's bed had bugs in it we had to wash all the bedding

It was so smooth and easy to get into the house. Everything was cleaned and was ready for us. We loved the location and the privacy we had. It worked out great for our family trip.

Bill, the property owner was very helpful with driving information as a GPS is not always accurate for some areas. Also we couldn't turn one shower on, he called him and he came over and fixed the problem within minutes. This is a great 5 bedroom VRBO and that is what we needed.

This property was the first time we've rented a house instead of multiple hotel rooms for a party of 8. It gave us a chance to interact with each other that multiple rooms can't. We'll do this again. Good experience

House was as advertised, and warm and cozy for our stay. We enjoyed being close to the amenities at Island Park Village, and used the clubhouse as we own weeks at the resort. This house was big enough for our group of 12, and we really enjoyed our time together. Could definitely have used more snow, as trails got pretty rough after a few days with limited grooming. The couches were very comfortable and got lots of use by kids and adults. The kitchen is well outfitted with things to use for cooking and for baking if you had a mind to. It's close enough to the store so that if you needed something you forgot, it was pretty handy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. We stayed with my family of 4 and another family of 3. We also had dogs. There was plenty of space for everyone. We also really appreciated one of the rooms had a sofa with a pull-out couch. My kiddos are younger, and were a little nervous about staying alone in a new home. We were able to just pull the bed out on the couch for them in our room and their stay was great. We really appreciated being able to bring pets. The males in the family were really excited about the heated garage, and it would be perfect for a snowmobiling stay. There were 3 bathrooms with a shower or shower bath and that was awesome. The bathrooms were very clean. The supplies were well stocked. We also really appreciated the fire pit in the backyard. The facility is not pristinely updated, but the carpet and flooring looked new. It was great to have a huge table for everyone to eat at. The living room area also had plenty of sitting space. My only complaint that seems to be a recurring theme is those darn hard floors desperately needed to be cleaned. I wound up sweeping all the hard floors and washing the kitchen floor by hand. There were also various spills that were evident on the walls, and I wiped quite a few off the walls and floor. Because I'm me and it was bugging me. But the carpets were very clean and looked freshly vacuumed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return or recommend it.

The property comfortably held our eight member extended family with a new grocery store at the main highway. We were conveniently located a 20 minute drive from West Yellowstone. The location was also conveniently located within 45 minutes of our whitewater rafting company in Big Sky and 30 minutes from horseback riding in Harriman State Park. The kids returned to Jenny Lake in Grand Teton NP to swim on a day trip. We'd book the facility again.

This home is so large, and fit our family of 5 well, with 1 bedroom to spare. It's basically as close as you can get to Yellowstone - about 25 minutes to the West entrance. I agree with others that it could use a deep cleaning, especially the floors, but I'm sure it's hard to keep the floors clean there. Our dog coming in and out certainly didn't help.

We were a family of ten visiting Yellowstone. The location was great for quick access to Yellowstone. The house had all the amenities we needed for 3 night stay. There was even a high chair and travel crib for our 10 month old. I reviewed cleanliness a little low as it might have been a few guests since the floors were mopped as our baby ended up with dirty legs and hands from crawling on the floor. Over all the place was amazing. Definitly recommend.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and clean. This place is in need of some TLC but provided us a comfortable and manageable environment. Since there is no A/C it would be nice if windows and sliding door had screens, many screens missing. Bill was quick to respond and a very enjoyable person.

We had never been to Yellowstone and we finally got all 5 of my kids and 2 son and daughter in laws and 2 grandkids in one place. This home was perfect for our vacation. The location was close to the West entrance to Yellowstone. It is on golf course that we actually used. There was enough space for everyone. We had a great time at this house.

This house badly needs to be updated and deep cleaned! It is obvious that the listing pictures are from at least 5-10 years ago. Everything was dusty and every room had cobwebs along all the ceilings and in corners. Screens were missing or had holes, the garage door only opened half way so we were unable to park any cars in it, and the basement rooms were damp and musty. There were still crumbs on the table chairs and in the corners of the rooms like someone had hastily surface cleaned but didn't do a very good job. The bbq grill was horrendous and there was no brush to scrape it with. The deck is a hazard and accident waiting to happen since the support beams lean to one side and the railing is so loose we had to make sure to stop anyone from leaning on it. Overall, we were really disappointed regarding the upkeep on this older house for what price we paid to stay there. The pictures feel misleading.

Excellent house in a great location. We were close to everything that we wanted to do in Yellowstone and there was lots of activities to do within 5 miles also. Lots of room for the family to get together in the evenings and enjoy stories and games. Clean beds and clean bathrooms. Only minor complaint was that the gill was out of propane but easy fix, we just cooked our steaks on the fire. Defiantly would recommend this house for anyone's vacation!

Family gathered to celebrate a graduation and birthday with a visit to Yellowstone National Park. We were purposely there out of season. The house was 20 minutes away from Yellowstone. We even found a doggy day care within 10 min of the house. We were able to tromp around the National park without worrying about the dog restrictions. We had a great time.

Overall good experience. Enjoyed the fireplace and use of the garage. Happy we can bring dogs too. Cleanliness could be improved and some small conveniences added for better experience. For example coat rack or more hooks in lower foyer for winter gear. Upgrade shower head in lower bathroom, larger coffee cups. It would be nice to have some smart tvs in bedrooms. Luggage rack in bedroom without closet.

This was our 2nd year renting this home for our Annual family snowmobile getaway. Home is older, buy has ample and comfortable space for all 10 of us. We were allowed to check in early which helped out tremendously due to traveling with a 6 month old. Location of property gives easy access to trails, rentals and gas/store. We had another fabulous time!

We appreciated having three bathrooms. There were box fans in every bedroom to help with the August heat. The location is convenient for day trips to Yellowstone and other recreation, and the neighborhood is quiet. I can't speak to how well stocked the kitchen was since we didn't cook while we were there. However, guests might appreciate having the option of two refrigerators on the property. Bill was a responsive host!

The house was plenty big enough for our group (2 couples, my mother-in-law, and two teenagers) and worked well for our trip. It is an older house but everything worked (except the front steps which are blocked off and need repair). We were able to find a grocery store and a few restaurants close by and the west gate to Yellowstone was only 20 to 30 minutes away.

Location of property is great for easy access to Big Sky , MT. West Yellowstone,MT, Yellowstone National Park & Jackson Hole Wyoming with the Teton National forest.
However, when we arrived The front steps were blocked off with caution tape and a closed sign. Due to crumbling cement on the steps. The house needs repair, loose railings on deck, mattresses on the couch pull out is obsolete and the springs on the pullout part are in seriously bad condition. Pillows between the mattress and springs to cover the metal bars. The twin mattress on the trundle bed is disgusting, blood stains on back side of mattress.
Exposed wiring on electric baseboard heater (capped off) but not good for an crawling infant.
Cob webs on the lamps and other areas.
This property is on a golf course & several golf balls flew into the back yard while sitting on the deck and enjoying the outside and fire pit.
With all that said. I learned a lot about what to ask a Premier Host-in the future.
If all items were fixed, I would recommend this place.
