The check-in process was extremely easy, and everyone we talked to for this booking was very nice. The house was clean and had all we needed in terms of bedding, utensils, supplies, etc. The property actually looked better in person than in the photos! The pool and it's amenities were the highlight, of course. Everything worked perfectly. Our group had a great time and I will not hesitate to rebook if we are ever back in town. Thank you!

Great property for a family & friends get together. The property is very spacious and the rooms are fantastic. It’s a great layout with plenty of space, and the separate casita rooms make for good privacy even with a large group. The game room is awesome - plenty of games and space for kids and adults. The lazy river pool is awesome and the slide makes for a great time. The host was great and gave plenty of property info and instructions for the house’s amenities. Definitely one of our favorite stays!

Wow! What an amazing property. Its like having your own private island. Its everything that is advertised and more. The pool is so much fun and relaxing. Its very private and quiet. The game room was a big hit for the kids. Carol the property manager could not of been more gracious and accommodating. Very Communitive during the whole process. Looking forward to booking it again.

Family birthday, all adults , plenty of space so everyone could have private time, pool and water features were great, property manager provided videos of rooms and how to operate pool, etc which was really helpful--as was the property manager. We were told in advance that weight equipment was not working, not an issue for us. Game room was fun, pin ball machine was not working for us, but plenty of other stuff which we enjoyed. Kitchen well equipped.

I spent the weekend here with a group of 10, and we really enjoyed ourselves.
It's in a great location, less than a mile from downtown Palm Springs, in a clean, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is clean, welcoming, and huge, with plenty of space for a big group. The kitchen is well provisioned, so cooking & serving is easy. We took advantage of the great pool, the barbeque island, and even the lazy river and slide! There are plenty of rafts, towels and shade if you're like us and intend to spend your whole time outside. It was very comfortable outside, even at 110+ degrees. We certainly would have loved to have some music, but it's Palm Springs, so that's a no-no.
The only critique I can think of is a minor one. There are a lot of steps/stairs around the pool, so if you've got any mobility issues, some areas (the island & the outdoor bar come to mind) might not be accessible.
The owner, Carol, was very friendly and easy to work with. She communicated well, setting expectations, and answering questions quickly.
All in all, we had a very enjoyable experience, and I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

This place is incredible. It's like having your own resort. Everyone had a fantastic time. The lazy river is on another level! Carol is one of the best hosts I've encountered. Great communication, organized and super helpful. Can't wait to come back!

The property was clean and spacious. The game room and lazy river/pool/spa are really the highlight of the property. Downtown Palm Springs is within walking distance. There are some minor cosmetic repairs needed for the property but it didn't detract from the great experience. We'd definitely stay here again

We had the best time at this 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom property with an amazing river current pool (and slide)! With a big group, the nicely appointed rooms and common areas offer privacy but can also handle the whole group dining or socializing together. The pool temperature is perfect for cooling down on the hot Palm Springs days and you are close (just over 1 mile) to a lot of yummy dining options and shopping. Please note that Palm Springs does not allow music at any volume to be played in the outdoor areas but this does not deter from enjoying the this unique property. This is my 2nd time staying here.

We had a ball with all the outdoor activities, the game room, the dining tables indoors and out that could seat all 13 of us. The teens took the little studio, the kids were in the bunk beds off the game room, the town ups each had a big comfy room off the pool. The managers were super responsive. I wish we could have stayed longer. Also, bonus, great spaces for hiding Easter eggs. Teens could walk to shopping, and the rest of us never had to leave the compound.

This property has everything you could possibly need! From floaties for the lazy river and pool to kid size life jackets, the gym, massive game room, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, non feather pillows (for those with feather allergies). It was great! Communication was good with the host as well, highly recommend staying here. Also a great location, very close to everything in downtown Palm Springs.

This is the perfect property for a family reunion or multi generational gathering! There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. The game room and backyard were wonderful!

The house was bigger than expected. Lots of places for people to sleep, hang out, play games. lounge in the backyard (lazy river!), and tables to do actual work together. We especially liked that everyone had en suites, plus there was three kitchens so people could store stuff in fridges, make a small meal a part from the group. Plus the large main kitchen, dining room, great room was perfect for assembling the entire group - 10 people with guests on Friday night. I cannot stress how much room there was - over 6,000 square feet and a huge backyard.
The only issue was that the fire alarm kept going off on the first night (no fire, just a faulty alarm). But the management team was very accomodating. Because of the inconvenience they allowed us to use the lazy river without an additional charge. The management was very good about communication, getting back to us quickly throughout our stay.

Celebrated my 50th birthday here. The pool and water features, plus the amazing game room made it the perfect place to relax, and play a bit, and have fun with my friends. Definitely planning on recommending to my friends, and will probably book again myself some day!

Excellent group vacation home
Everything about this rental was easy and fantastic.
Carol & Travis we’re excellent communicators. The location was spectacular. The listing for the home was very accurate. Some other reviews have said there are lots of stuff in the house - but that’s only the game room. The game room is packed, but in the best way: skeeball, poker table, foosball - all excellent options that our kids loved playing. The kitchen was excellent for cooking for our larger group.
Every single one of us upon checkout said: we cannot wait to come back here.

The property needs some serious cleaning and some staging. There was way too much stuff around. A lot of things just need to be tossed.

Golf trip
It was a perfect house for an 8 person golf trip. Very close to downtown. The outside area was as advertised and we spent most of our time outside around the pool. The house had plenty of room and was clean and had everything we needed. Already thinking about a trip next Winter.

Great Family Vacation House
Wonderful property for a family vacation. It is exactly as it appears in the photos. Three generations had a wonderful time, even during Covid and cool weather. Lots of space for privacy as well as socializing. Water activities, a game room, a huge kitchen and dining room made it a very enjoyable vacation.
The host, Carol, was very responsive to our needs and fixed some minor problems immediately.
We highly recommend this property.

So much fun
This property was ideal for the quick weekend getaway. The entire process was flawless and the owners were so helpful. They checked in with us to make sure everything was good, which it was. I have family constantly asking me for the information on this spot, so if you are on the fence, I say go for it and book it!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
Celebrating a birthday with family. We had plenty of space in a beautiful and well manicured home. Fun decor that’s warm and inviting! The pool provided hours of fun! We definitely plan to return!

Very rundown and dirty!
My extended family stayed this past weekend for my father in laws birthday. We were very disappointed with the state of the house and the cleanliness. There was a towel stuffed into a hole in the wall, big chip in the toilet seat, general grime around the bathrooms, missing basic utensils in the kitchen, curtain that didn’t fit the windows - the list goes in! We were told about a slow draining shower when we checked in but when my son went to use the toilet it overflowed and when he went for a shower later raw sewerage came up from the shower. Carol who checked us in was very attentive and did her best to try to accommodate us offering us 50% off if we left or 50% off another stay (absolutely not likely).. She got cleaners in the next morning but after that incident we felt our stay was spoilt. We had a birthday dinner planned so we didn’t want to leave Palm Springs and so tried to find something elsewhere but weren’t successful. Our kids loved the outside but found cigarette buts spread out around the casita. This house needs a major overhaul and certainly isn’t worth the money until that happens.

Definitely going back!
We had such a relaxing time there! Really felt like a getaway! The house is large and great for big groups. We went as 3 families with small children and each family had their own room and bathroom. Carol was very responsive and very helpful. Kids loved the slide and we all enjoyed the atmosphere. We are making this an annual trip!

Incredible Backyard!
Carol was super responsive and accommodating. LOVE her! The pool area of the house is pretty unbelievable. Had a great time in the lazy river and water slide. The house itself is a little date decor-wise, but it's a big house with lots of space for a big group to have a wonderful time.

This home was even better than the picture. We practically never got out of the pool. The rooms are large and comfortable.
