Impresionante nueva construcción. Fabulosas vistas de la ciudad, la montaña y el sonido desde la terraza de la azotea. El espacio
Nuestra casa está fuera de la calle lateral, lo que brinda mayor paz y tranquilidad mientras se encuentra en el centro.
Primer piso: el camino de entrada se abre a la gran sala que se adapta mucho a este espacio acogedor que incluye un pequeño jardín al aire libre, sala de estar (con TV por cable y sofá cama), medio baño y una cocina totalmente cargada. La cocina está equipada con estufa, horno, nevera, triturador de basura y lavavajillas. Tenemos una cafetera (café no incluido), tetera (té no incluido) y una tostadora. También se proporcionan artículos típicos como utensilios, tablas de cortar, ollas y sartenes. Esta planta también tiene aire acondicionado.
Segundo piso: este piso tiene un baño completo y dos habitaciones (con camas queen) y una lavadora / secadora. Ambas habitaciones tienen ventiladores de pie.
Tercer piso: el tercer piso es donde se encuentra el dormitorio principal. Incluye un baño completo (ducha, tocador doble e inodoro), una cama queen y un sofá cama. También tiene vistas a la ciudad y aire acondicionado.
Cuarto piso (cubierta de la azotea): la cubierta de la azotea tiene vistas de la ciudad, la aguja espacial y el sonido de Puget. ¡Ofrecemos asientos cómodos para que pueda disfrutarlo todo!
Estacionamiento: hay un lugar de estacionamiento al aire libre disponible en la parte posterior de la propiedad. Three college friends in to watch our alma mater take on UW in football. We stayed three nights and this was a great spot. Easy to get to marina for Puget Sound fishing trip and one stop on light rail to UW's stadium. Great house - very functional and rooftop space was awesome. Hosts were very responsive to a couple of questions ahead of time.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 other couples. We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was really clean and the location was perfect for us! The view from the rooftop balcony was unbelievable! Would highly recommend!

This was an excellent property for friends to meeting up and tour around Seattle. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and fun times. The band we came to see canceled at the last minute but we made due with some quality time on the roof-top deck and a beautiful skyline sunset. I highly recommend this property.

Just what we needed

The condo was decent, and a good location if you want to be on Capital Hill. A short walk down to the Link, and near a nice little commercial district along 15th Ave, and a short walk to Volunteer Park. It is a three floor walkup to the master bedroom, and 4 floors up to the roof (which has a nice city view at night) so this is not the best place for older folks with bad knees. For this price there could have been more niceties, like enough coffee cups, wine glasses, and dish towels. And the TV needs to be set up for use.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here and especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck! The view was amazingly beautiful both in the morning and at sunset! The location is also wonderful as you are within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and parks for both kids and adults. The off street parking is great too, especially when it’s busy. The owners are also easy to reach out to, if you need help with anything or have questions.
We definitely recommend staying here especially if you plan on going to many of the attractions the city has to offer.

long weekend visit to Seattle with friends. Three bedrooms, two and a half baths. We didn't do any cooking so no kitchen comments. Great rooftop gathering space. Unfortunately a bit of a walk to anywhere for eating or coffee. But quick Uber drives everywhere,

We were there for a short, sweet one night stay, and everything was perfect. The location was fantastic — just a short walk to a number of fantastic restaurants, and the view from the roof was stunning. We’ll definitely be back for a longer visit.

We spent most of the time relaxing in the space and it was beyond accommodating! The only complaint was not having a full size mirror. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again :)

Wow, what an amazing property. The place was fantastic, well kept, great location close to shopping, restaurants, and the LightLink, and a rooftop deck that was the cherry on top! The owners are awesome-easy to work with and accommodating. I would come back here again without question!

Terrific experience! The neighborhood is fabulous, the townhouse was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. The proprietors were very responsive to our questions and queries - and it was Christmas Day!

Came to Seattle to watch Blue Jays and drink good coffee. Location was great - close to a nice street with good little restaurants and 8 min walk to transit. Rooftop patio was awesome (umbrella of some kind for shape would be an nice addition) but otherwise nice place to hang out once the sun went down. A+ toilet paper… 😄

Went to Seattle for a girls trip. Two stayed in the spare bedrooms and 2 stayed in the master. Great spot near a park. Had a wonderful stay.

Rented the house for a girls weekend and it worked perfectly.
Property is convenient for walking to the needle, market and museum area. Plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. The space was very clean and in good condition. We loved sitting on the roof patio looking over the city. Owners were very responsive to questions.

The place is very modern. Nice and clean, although there were some very dirty dishwares left the in cabinets/drawers. The parking space is definitely small as described, but we made dues.

I stayed with 4 friends at this property, and it was perfect. Great location near bars, restaurants and shops and very clean/comfortable accommodations. The rooftop was very nice to have as well!

The place was great and suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the owners were responsive to our questions. The house is close to restaurants and a grocery store. Very quiet area and this house has a parking space. This place is definitely worth renting again!

We had a great experience here, made easy by Erin and Shawn's quick answers to all of our concerns. The beds in particular are super comfy, lots of space for everyone in our party of 5. I wish there were a proper dinner table but such is city living. I would certainly come here again for future trips!

Wonderful modern furnished home in a nice neighborhood with a Starbuck’s and a Safeway grocery store down the street. Easy to access and lock us without having to pick up a key which allowed for us to not disturb anyone upon our midnight arrival. Rooftop deck had a table with 6 chairs and a beautiful view of downtown and mountains. This unit has 4 levels with lots of stairs. I got my exercise in for the day with just going up and down. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location in capital hill ! Minutes from a bakery, restaurants, grocery store. Beds are super comfortable and check in was a breeze.

A beautifully kept home. Very comfortable beds. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen. We parked our car and used Uber to traverse the city. The view from the top was gorgeous. All instructions left by owners were complete and accurate. Would definitely stay here again.

Vertical townhome. Beautiful finishes. Bring what you need for bathroom as there aren’t real toiletries etc. But other than that great! Wonderful location and very quiet . Kitchen does not have much in the way of cooking ingredients- spices but that is it. No coffee -there is a drip pot. No condiments. But very quiet and great location and Safeway and Starbucks are two minutes away.
