Very large, spacious apartment which was spotlessly clean in a good location for the beach and amenities. useful shop across the road.

The decor is quite dated and the bed in the rear room creaks a lot when you turn over in bed. Some basic toiletries in the bathroom such as shower gel and shampoo would have been a nice touch.

I was contacted by e-mail and then I communicated via whats app. Everything was perfectly timed and passed over. The lady from apartment was very kind and helpful. There are 2 large bedrooms and each of them has shower and toilet. Downstairs are 2 sofas and you can make folding beds. There is bathroom as well. I think it´s the best option for 2 couples with 2-4 children. Everything was prepared, very clean and fully equipped - grill, hairdryers, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, things to the beach (umbrellas, wind barriers)... This apartment is very close to the beach. In front of the apartment is small hypermarket. Everything is close. My personal recommendation for other travelers, this type of accommodation is not suitable for people, who would like to make party or speak loudly in the evening. Behind the kitchen sleeps old lady who doesn´t like any noise after 10PM. I really loved the apartment. I hope I will come back in the future. Thank you :-)

This is a lovely two bedroom two story apartment right in the center of Praia da Barra. It is a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach board walk in one driection and a river front walk in the other. We stayed in the off season and it was very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as a local fresh market and a regualr supermarket just across the street. The house is on the main road into Barra.

I felt that there should be soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. It was odd considering it had everything else - detergent for the washing machine (life saver), DIshwashing soap, water etc. The apartment is right on the main road so you can hear the cars and the very occasional truck going up the road.
