Facilities and ataff were excellent the campsite was in a good location, the prices for food and drink were ok

Nice location. Great public transport location by either tram or the bus into central Benidorm. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant and facilities we're excellent. Parking was very convenient. Staff we're very helpful with all queries. Bar/Restaurant staff we're very helpful and friendly.

Being on the large side I personally found the beds were not very comfortable and unfortunately we woke up with back ache every day, this did soon pass though once we we're up and about. For a camping resort that claims to offer a 5 star service I feel the outdoor pool should be heated as the pool temperature was extremely cold and we only managed to stay in for 10 minutes.

Perfect Base to Explore We have stayed here several times and always found the staff to be helpful and charming. We hired a bungalow which was equipped with everything we needed. The aircon cooled the rooms very quickly. Equipped with everything we needed for a fun stay. Comfy beds and nice linen. Towels provided and changed regularly. The pool is beautiful, large and suitable for all swimming abilities. The grounds are maintained very well, lots of lovely shrubs and flowers. Small onsite shop, sells the essentials. Local market and village with supermarket is 10 mins walk away. Bus from 5 mins outside site runs in both Benidorm and Altea directions - Euro 1:20 for any distance. Tram also just outside but less frequent. This is a perfect base to explore the surround beaches, waterfalls and countryside.

Perhaps our bungalow was slightly expensive compared to hotel costs. The check out experience was slightly too long, we had to wait in reception until someone visually inspected the bungalow.

We loved how quiet it was at night, this place mostly attracts retiree foreigners but it was perfect for our short family trip as well, we will be back! Location was good, you can be in Benidorm centre or any of the water/theme parks in 15 minutes or less by car. The bungalows were clean, well equipped, the campsite was clean and so beautiful, the pool is amazing! We had the best time there

There should be a toilet by the pool, guests shouldn't have to go in the restaurant to use theirs when dripping wet from the pool.. And we really wish the toilet by the reception was available too, as well as the ludoteca for kids to play in. And if the restaurant could have a few cocktails to serve (all they had was beer) that'd be really nice.

The property was good but the site is boring

Outside decked area and garden was really nice outside our bungalow. Shower was great. Kids entertainment was good. Kids loved the pool party.

Had a bad egg smell in bungalow which was a dirty drainage compartment at back of fridge. Bed really uncomfortable. We paid a £200 damage deposit for bungalow. Had to do a check list even had to count cutlery at the beginning of stay and end of stay which we didn’t mind. All was fine when they came to check our bungalow. Went to get our deposit and the cleaner said if there is anything wrong with your deposit you will have to speak to reception. But reception isn’t open until you leave !!!!! Our deposit was down by €45. The receptionist actually turned up before we left and when I queried our deposit, she said it was for an electric bill !!!!! We paid €2500 for a 2 week stay. I was gob smacked that we had to pay for electric!!!! Speaking to other guests some had paid half the price for their stay for the same time as us. I found it really underhand the way they went about the electric. That deposit was for damages. In none of my conformation can I find it saying we had to pay for electric !!! That deposit was for damages and we never damaged anything !!!! Our family stayed in the bungalow next to us and they paid €2500 for their stay to and was charged €30 for their electric to. I know it’s not that much money but it was the sly way they went about it very disappointed !!!!
