Comfortable Daphne Condo near Bay, Fairhope, and Mobile; Short Drive to Beaches
Bien amueblado, condominio de dos dormitorios recientemente pintado con balcón, cerca de Lake Forest Yacht Club. Excelente opción para negocios o placer. Se encuentran disponibles estancias a corto y largo plazo. Conveniente para restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento. Decorado con gusto y cada habitación tiene su propio baño. Cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal y cama de tamaño estándar en el segundo dormitorio, ambos excelentes. Cómoda sala de estar con dos sofás y un sillón reclinable. La unidad tiene lavadora y secadora, cocina bien equipada, televisión por cable e internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad.
A poca distancia del Lake Forest Yacht Club (que está abierto a los no miembros) y del Daphne City Boat Launch. A solo dos cuadras de distancia está el EE. UU. Sports Academy y Eastern Shore Trail para andar en bicicleta, trotar y caminar. This was perfect for our quick family weekend get away. This place was easy to find, just on the main road in Daphne. It had all the amenities we needed and fit us very comfortably. The listing is accurate the furniture and beds where is like new condition. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

We stayed for 9 days. A great condo, very clean, and well stocked. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We would recommend it highly and would stay again when we are in the area.

Good for a quick trip
We stayed for one night, just for a quick change of scenery. It’s an older, upstairs unit. The stairs seem to harder to climb for some reason. Either they’re narrower, or steeper, or both. Not sure. The unit had been remodeled and is very clean and neat. There are wood (simulated) floors that make a lot of noise when you walk on them. Thankfully, it didn’t seem like anyone was in the unit beneath us when we were there. There’s a fan in the living room, but not in either bedroom. The AC works, but not very well. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating. There are no overhead lights, only lamps, which makes the unit fairly dark. I guess it’s a personal preference thing, but I didn’t like it.
Overall, the unit is clean, well stocked, attractive, and convenient to get to. Owner was very responsive. If I needed a place to stay for a night or two, I’d stay there again.

Close to the Bay, lots of areas nearby to walk, close to the beach. Property was adorably decorated and clean. Also, liked the items in the kitchen. Very nice experience overall.
The negative was that we had to buy batteries for the remote control but that was not a big deal.
