Absolutely beautiful. Everything was beautiful and clean and the hosts are amazing and very welcoming. It was a complete pleasure to stay at Woodpecker lodge - we have done a lot of trips and this was the best experience we've had. Also we'll positioned for visiting places like Glastonbury, Avebury, Lyme Regis. Even our dog loved the totally enclosed little area outside. Can thoroughly recommend...you will not regret it.

Honestly this place cannot be faulted. There is absolutely no down side whatsoever.

Great location in beautiful countryside, but also very close to amenities. The lodge had everything and more that we needed. Fiona and Gary were very welcoming and provided flapjack treats for us and treats for our dog on arrival.

Nothing - everything was perfect

The cottage was beautifully decorated, with everything you could possibly need, a thoughtful welcome hamper was provided, which was lovely. The hosts were so friendly and helpful but also respectful of our privacy. Really couldn't have asked for more.

There wasn't anything.

Me and my partner loved the lodge, it was clean cosy and isolated in beautiful farmland environment. We loved the way Fiona and Gary welcomed us. We also loved seeing man farm animals near by.

There was nothing I didn't like everything was perfect.

The lodge was in a great location for us to walk some of the beautiful Somerset countryside and it had everything we needed. Fiona’s attention to detail is spot on and her communication from start to finish was great. I was shared contact details a couple of days before hand, with directions. There was a lovely welcome hamper with a few treat in, which we though was lovely. We had a small outside area, which our dog could use with a secure gate. The property had everything we could think of and more. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back again in the future.
