Lift very slow for a 29th floor

Estefanía the host is great! She is very helpful and nice! She is also very flexible. We had to stay longer to do a meeting and she was very flexible about it. The apartment has an amazing 29floor view of the ocean and is close to a small beach and close to the beautiful Auditorio, an architectural masterpiece! The guys at the reception were super sweet and helpful!

Some stuff at the house were not working the way they should, also next to the bed there's only one plugging for the lamp, so at night you eaither use the lamp or charge your cellphone. The elevator was kind of slow.

Perfect position, in a modern neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, movie theaters and theaters, close the bus terminal with direct busses to the airport (only 20 minutes), busses and tramway to move around the city without problems, also waking distance to every part of the city. The building is very nice, modern, well kept, with the doorman available the whole day, very safe and clean, it is like being in a 5 stars hotel. The apartment is lovely, comfortable, gorgeous views over the city and the sea, at the 29th floor, very clean and well equipped. The owner is very nice and always available if you need. Thanks and hope to return soon!

Great cozy appartment near the parc with swimming pool. Flexible and welcoming host.

A bit far from the City centre (15 min walk). I think the air con in the room was not working (blowing air but not cold?) but the one in the living room was perfect.
