Large apartment, good location!

Large apartment but no internet in the bedrooms ! Not very clean

The apartment smelled disgustingly of cigarette smoke. That is irresponsible. We reported it, unfortunately no response from the landlord in this regard. Drainage shower defective. Very small and uncomfortable bathrooms, no holder for toilet paper, no lid at the sink, no shelf for shower gel etc. at the shower. Handrail from living room upwards loose (screws loose). In the bedroom only 25 cm free passage between the end of the bed and the wall. How are you supposed to get through? Lock on entrance door works with difficulty. Small renovation work necessary.

-location is great, very quiet and in the middle of the nature -the apartment is big and clean -the apartment is well equipped with some exceptions (e.g. no wine opener, no hair dryer)

-check-in process was messy: I called the phone number specified by the owner in the morning but nobody answered. The check-in is specified as after 16:00, when doing the booking I wrote we'll arrive between 14:00-15:00. However we arrived 16:30 just to be sure only to find out the administrator was not aware of the booking. I called the administrator (I had the phone in my email from the reservation), he said will check and hang-up the phone on me. I called back and he said the room will be ready in 1 hour. after 1hour he sends another message that it will be ready in 30 min. A simple "sorry" or something like that would have been much appreciated but total silence. -NO instructions of ANY kind about the property: we had to figure our by ourselves where to take out the garbage (there is no service, this is not a hotel, you rent an apartment from the owner and have to take care of everything, don't expect any room cleaning). I have rented apartments/houses multiple times and always I have found some instructions with everything you need to know about the place and surroundings. -Pool access is not included, it costs extra and it's not cheap (125RON for 3 hours). Plus, the outside pool was closed for maintenance, none of this was specified in the booking. -missing some basic things like hair dryer, wine opener

The location is great with a very nice view.

The cleaning of the property was inadequate. The moment we arrived we found the bathroom dirty, hair on the bed lingerie and a sock on the floor next to the bed. the heating equipments were malfunctioning both in the bedroom and the living room making a loud noise.

Interior design and cosiness 👍.

The apartament and the amenities looked nice.

In 5 days’ stay the cleaning service was inexistent, they never came to clean the rooms.

The price is good, the location is alright (travelling with a toddler, I appreciated the playgroung in the courtyard), the restaurant nearby offers a great breakfast and an okay menu. The place was clean and the living room spacious and nice to share with friends. The kitchen offers about everything you need, except for a corkscrew.

One of the bedrooms is very small, you can barely walk around the bed. There is a window connecting the bedrooms (why?) so light and noises travel across. I do not recommend it if travelling with small kids, as there are two flights of stairs in the apartment and you have to be on the lookout constantly. There's not much to do around, except for short walks, and you have to drive 10 minutes to the nearest store or to other restaurants. Another thing I did not appreciate: they only offer one key. There's a locket at the entrance, but still inconvenient when traveling with a few people. Also, not enough parking spaces during the weekend. We were not offered access to the underground parking, and the outside one was packed.
