The unit was old and worn. Flooring was in poor shape, one of the toilets ran the entire time. There were no kitchen towels or hot pads. Very limited cooking utensils. No spatula. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart. Dishwasher was difficult to turn on - on button was worn off - just a hole. Dryer did not dry the clothes. Just very disappointed with the overall condition of the unit. Building and amenities were as advertised. Staff was very attentive.

Overall, we had a great week with our framily (4 adults and 6 kids). Check-in was very easy. Location was great. Plenty of space for all of us. Elevators were quick, except during high-traffic time. There was only one complaint. Upon arrival there were a couple minor things that required maintenance (broken ceiling fan, toilet seat, and kitchen chair). Property managers were very responsive and said we would see someone by the following day. However, it took 3 calls and 3 total days before maintenance came, but the problems were fixed quickly once they arrived. We would stay here again on a future trip.

The Check-in was very bad because of the Parking permits mess-up. I paid and was told by the security that I was a liar. Others also paid and had proof and the security would not even look at their email confirmation and made the pay again. Security was rude at parking and in the building. They should alll be replaced.
The people doint rental chairs lined them up past Majestic property and made people with pop-ups go to next property to set-up. The HMO put up signs tto make people stay behind rental chairs. This is a public beach and they have no right to do so.

The vacation rental wasn’t what I expected. It was not very clean The bed cover still looked dirty We had to rewash them. There was stuff all over the floors the pullout couch bed was broken. Our bathtub was still dirty. The balcony was very messy. I go to Panama City Beach every year and stay at driftwood lodge I would recommend it any time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was very overpriced for what you got. The amenities outside the room were great. The room was just the problem.

As far as location it was great. The property was well maintained. However, the unit itself need to be checked for repairs. Some of the furnishing were being held up with blocks of wood. There was sand on one of the beds, but it is the beach. We reported a leak in the garbage disposal on Monday. When we left on Saturday no one had come to check it. These issues didn't cause us any problems as far as our stay. But the weather was very uncooperative. Cold and windy. BUT!!! A bad day at the beach is still better than a good day at home

This condo is a perfect place to stay if you have a big group going on vacation! There was plenty of room for 13 people to sleep comfortably and have their own space. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great, great access to the beach, several pools and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

It was clean but needs some work done on it the closet door in master bathroom is on backwards and the cabinet doors in the kitchen are not hung correctly causing the paint to get peeled off the bottom of the doors

We recognized the condo was not clean upon check-in. We had a young baby with us who is crawling. Moments after putting the baby on the floor he was filth, we proceeded to have to clean the bathtub before even being able to give him a proper bath. We spent HOURS of our first night in the condo cleaning. Reached out to the host and property manager to try to get a refund for our cleaning fee, as clearly the place was not cleaned. Sent several photos to back this up. They originally seemed as if they wanted to make things right, but since the first interaction there has been no more communication on their end. Would not recommend staying in this condo if cleanliness or basic morality is important to you.

This was a perfect place for the seven of us family members to stay for five nights. Very satisfied with the roominess of the condo, big balcony on the oceanfront, close to so many restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

The condo was beautiful, and came with a starter kit to get us going to the first couple of days. It was equipped with all the cookware we needed for each of our meals. The beds were very comfy. And O.M.G. the water pressure in the shower was just amazing!! The beach was absolutely breath taking. We loved our stay here. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would probably stay again. Things that need attentions are light in bedroom by the kitchen does not work and that door will not stay closed. Sinks in kitchen and middle master bathroom leaks. Toilets in both masters need to be fixed, runs a lot. Sofa and loveseat are very uncomfortable. Could use new mattresses in 1st bedroom.

The bathroom shower curtain was moldy. I had to clean it myself. One of the beds sheets was also dirty. I’ve stayed at this particular place for the last 5 years and am usually satisfied. Great location. Check in is pretty bad. I never expect perfect and sometimes things happen. Would still stay here again.

We had a beautiful view of the beach from our large balcony, it was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning. The condo had a lot of space! The pool was really nice, my boys definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The management team was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely go back to Panama City Beach again!

The first day we were there we noticed the hot water was not working so I contacted the host and after no response I called the property management company. The next day someone from the property management group came out and looked at it, but said he would need to come back the next day with a new part to fix it. The next day came and went with no fix so I reached out to the host again and again had no response from the host. We were there for 5 days with no hot water because it was never fixed and the property management kept saying someone will be out to fix it, but no one ever came and the host never responded to my multiple requests to help resolve. The location is incredible and we loved all the options for swimming on property, but we experienced the same issues that others have posted like lack of silverware, folding chairs at the dining table , poor cleaning prior to arrival, and broken patio furniture. I would stay in the complex again, but not this condo or any managed by this host.

We enjoyed our vacation but sad to say we didn’t have hot water. We reported it immediately and someone from maintenance came. They said they would be back to fix it but they never came back. We reached out without any response. We didn’t have hot water the whole week.

Majestic Towers was a great location and complex. The pool areas were great, the beach was great, and the free theatre was such a nice bonus. The balcony was huge with plenty of room for our large group. The condo was ok, plenty of room for our group of 13, but it needs much better cleaning and some TLC. There was sand/grass in the bunkbeds when we arrived. The floor still had losts of sand and dirt around baseboards. One of the shower curtains was very dirty...it needed some major washing or just thrown in the garbage. Several of the bowls/pans for cooking were dirty. The walls had lots of chipped paint and there was missing chairs with the kitchen table and they had card table chairs in the place of those. At least one of the chairs on the balacony had a broken seat and some of the others looked close to breaking. I was afraid to have my kids set in them much because I was afraid we'd be responsible for them if they broke. Some of this doesn't bother me except when you pay a huge cleaning (and other) fees, I expect superb cleanliness and furnishings. And this condo was not up to par at all in those areas.

We enjoyed the property and had no major issues. Communication with property manager was slower and less responsive than others we have rented from at this location. Asked for check in instructions the day before arrival and no response through VRBO messaging. Called and spoke with someone at EDCI and found out an email had been sent with instructions and they resent it and we were able to check in. The unit was nicely decorated with everything needed for.our stay and extra parking passes and beach euipment. We found sand in the beds before we had gone to the beach, indicated the sheets had not been changed. The fill hose was disconnected in the master suite toilet and sprayed water out when flushing, and we found that the water heater breaker had tripped and we had to wait for water to heat up to take the first shower. The location was great as always and we enjoyed our stay overall. Thanks for having us!

Location on the beach was great and views was wonderful. Check-in was easy just note it is quite the walk from the parking lot to the main building. our room was in good repair and updated. 2 of the 4 beds were very comfortable, other 2 beds needs improvement. past that very nice no issues and great visit. note the rooms were very clean and we would like to thank the management for a safe clean building.

The property was a good location with nice amenities, the beach front locations was beautiful and well maintained. The outdoor pools were very cold, but there was a heated indoor pool available to make up for it though. Would be nice if there were beach towels included in addition to the regular towels.

Our stay at this property was great. There were a few things that could have been better, but nothing that really stood out. The unit/resort was for the most part clean. The were some usual wear and tear on some things but nothing seemed broken or unusable. The outdoor pools were cold but that is to be expected this time of year. We waited on the elevators some during the mornings but it wasn't terrible. The location of this resort is great. Overall, I would rate this as good, almost great unit/resort.

This was my annual vacation, and I chose this property due to the location. That was the only positive thing I can say about it. My children has there shoes off for 5 minutes upon arrival and there feet were covered in dirt! This condo was not been cleaned appropriately. It took 2 days to get parking passes from the management company, and we had to park 3 blocks away. There was no coffee maker in our unit as well. Like who do people function without coffee? The vacation was not a vacation.

I have stayed in approximately 15 VRBO properties over the last few years and have never written a poor review. Unfortunately, this property was the exception. We arrived to find out it had not had the bed sheets changed, another room had no sheets at all, and we had to call and ask for sheets and towels to be brought. There was sand all over the floor which took us almost an hour to vacuum up. The beds were almost completely unsleepable. You could feel every spring in the mattresses and sloped off to the side. As well as being filthy. The patio chairs were ripped. Overall just run down. We enjoyed the area and it was a great view. Just expected much more.

Stained mattress covers and pillows. Elevator takes forever. Showers moldy inside of sealant. Leak under sink and had to go through majestic HOA because my call didn’t get returned after leaving voicemail. Noisy water heater makes squealing noise 24/7. Would not go back.

The condo was filthy. Under bed trash, used toothbrush put up on picture in bathroom, fans and vents caked with dust. None of the beds had mattress pads and all beds stained. Horrible experience. Will never trust this rental group again. I am thankful they finally sent someone to clean but this should have never happened.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Perfect location, close to elevator and close enough to bottom to take the stairs when needed. Biggest issue we had was water seeping up through the vinyl planks in the bunk room. We notified the owner who promptly sent maintenance out. Maintenance then discovered that the issue had been patched up many times and not necessarily fixed over the past “few YEARS”. My kids slept in that room that I’m pretty sure had mold in it from the moisture. I was disappointed that I didn’t ever hear back from the owner with a plan or even an apology or another option.
