My family stayed for the first time for 4 nights on vacation at this beautiful home in a very convenient location. We enjoyed the beautiful pool with a Baja shelf! Kitchen is decorated very nicely and entire house was clean and had all amenities needed! The master shower is huge and very delightful! Dayna’s communication was great! Will definitely be staying again! Thank you! 😊

Our stay was great! The house was clean and the pool was fantastic! The only thing we would suggest is getting better towels for the bathrooms, they were very used/worn. Other than that it was great!

The home had a great open floor plan. Many large windows and slider opening to the back patio and pool for a nice relaxing view. Spacious kitchen with plenty of dishes, pans, and utensils. The putting green was an added bonus. Very pet friendly.

The location of the house was perfect- close to the lake for our multiple boating days, as well as the grocery store. Beautiful views from the yard. We were very impressed by the property as well. The rooms were large and well spaced out, making it easy for everyone to be comfortable. A larger group could easily sleep three guests on each of the couches- all very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were excellent. We also really appreciated the additional refrigerator in the garage. The backyard was very nice- spacious even with the pool, grill, and putting green. However, we were very disappointed with the water heater situation. Upon arrival, the hot tub and pool were both quite cold. I reached out to the property manager, who came by later that night to show us how to turn it on. Unfortunately, the propane tank (which heats the water) was only at 20%, and we were told not to let it drop below 10%. This meant very, very limited time to enjoy the water, which was one of the reasons we picked the house. The property manager was very kind and did try to replace the tank, but a new tank couldn't be delivered until the day after we left. We left wishing this aspect had been better planned, but everything else was truly wonderful. I would highly recommend this home.

Had some issues with Spa being dirty and how to work jets. We got in touch with Dayna she had to come to the house. Had some miscommunication. However it was taken care of. Pool a bit small. Air Mattress kept deflating over night. Kids had to sleep on floor. We had to space out showers, cannot have two people showering at the same time in two different bathrooms. Some outlets in home not working. Overall nice home. Beautiful kitchen, nice rooms and clean home.

Easy process

We loved our stay. Everything was great, the only thing that could have made it better was if the hot tub was heated. It was the same temp as pool and not warm enough for this old lady. We enjoyed the dart board and pool! Will definitely be staying again!!

Nice place. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably even though the description says 10. Great pool and set up. Close to the lake and grocery store. We would definitely stay again.

We rented the home for a full month and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is spacious, nicely decorated, has all the essentials and the pool is gorgeous. Dayna was great and walked us through all the features of the house and was comfortable reaching out if we had any issues (which we didn't). It is the perfect house, located on the South end of Havasu, close to grocery stores and anything else you need. We would absolutely rent this property again.

We had a bumpy start. No fault of the owners. A fault in VRBO not letting them know we scheduled.. Had a wonderful time at the house. We hope to stay there again. Was a great place and Carrie was wonderful.

BEAUTIFUL HOME, LOTS OF ROOM, LARGE GARAGE, GREAT POOL AND SPA. THE 4TH BEDROOM IS REALLY A A DEN WITH NO DOOR AND HAS A VERY COMFORTABLE BLOW UP MATTRESS. WE HAD FOUR COUPLES + ONE SINGLE AND THERE WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM. KITCHEN AND MASTER ARE VERY LARGE / AWSOME. GAIL IS THE OWNER AND CARRIE THE MANAGER. BOTH ARE VERY NICE AND RESPOND TO ANY NEEDS QUICKLY.

I spent an entire day trying to fix the hot tub on the property, instead of playing on the lake. After multiple calls, multiple visits, and an expensive propane bill, we finally were able to use the hot tub for the last part of our trip. The house is NOT four bedrooms. It is 3 bedrooms with a livingroom and air mattress. The kitchen hardly has any useful appliances or kitchenware, so you better expect to bring your own bowls, cups, etc. I hate to be not picky too, but at the price, the place was pretty dirty. Could’ve used a wipe down on all walls, a fresh vacuum, dusting. Overall, our group was pretty dissatisfied.

House was clean with great view. Pool was clean so was hot tub. Great deck out back with TV on deck to watch while in the pool. Dart board out side was also fun. Great place to stay for up to 6 people only though. The den you can sleep another person on air mattress but they have no privacy. Cooking is a little challenge also because of limited pots or pans. Sizes were way to small to cook with. I would rent this again but I had 8 people so I would have to go with 2 less.

Our family came to LHC to take care of our father's estate. There were 4 sisters and two husbands, so we needed a large home to accommodate the group and this home fit the bill. We had plenty of space to cook, eat and relax. The home is clean and well-equipped. We didn't use the spa because we were too busy to use it. Also, know that the propane for the pool is extra. I would like to point out that it is really a 3 bedroom home. The title states it is 4 bedrooms, but the 4th bedroom is a den with an inflatable mattress and there is no door or window covering. This is stated in the description of the home, but the title is somewhat misleading. That said, Gail was extremely friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.
