Cute place!! Exactly as described. This condo has everything you need for a trip to Destin. This condo is right on the beach with spectacular balcony views. The only thing I would recommend is a dresser in the guest bedroom instead of the desk. But overall, amazing place.

I have nothing but good to say about the stay. The view was great, the proximity to the beach and pools was wonderful. The only complaint I have was the check in people. They just acted like they did not want to be bothered. Everything else was perfect.

We love this condo and have stayed there previously. I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness of the condo this time. There was dust on the baseboards and the door of the AC closet as well as sand still on the floor when we got there. The shower-head in the master bath was so coated in mold I had to clean it the best I could before anyone could use it. My fault for not letting the owners know, I just didn’t want the hassle. That being said, if the cleanliness is addressed we will happily be staying there again next year.

We loved this property! Especially the unit itself. House was stocked with extra pillows and blankets. They had hooks on the back of almost every door to hang towels and suits. It was furnished very nicely, they had ceiling fans in every room, and we LOVED the in unit washer and dryer (game changer for sand filled bathing suits). No issues…we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect!!! Beautiful unit!!! Was immaculate when we arrived and couldn’t get over the view fro.m the balcony!!! Great pools and beautiful white sand with clear water at the beach. Tiki bar served great drinks and cafe had a great selection of food to choose from. Unit was supplied everything we needed. We were even supplied with chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Owner communicated flawlessly!!! Would definitely come back and highly recommend!!! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!!!

We had another great stay! The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meals. This property was amazing. It was very clean and decorated nicely with modern beach decor. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw many beautiful sunrises and sunsets during our stay. Steps away from white sandy beaches with chairs and umbrellas included from the owners. Amenities were also great. Would definitely recommended to friends and family looking for a beach getaway.

The condo's balcony offered breathtaking views of Destin Beach, and it was at an ideal location. Securing the condo was the best choice we made because it was spotless inside and out, situated in a highly secure complex, and had more pools and hot tubs than we could have ever imagined. Plus, the balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. We had an amazing experience, and the condo was immaculate and exquisitely furnished. We recently returned from a 4 night, 5 day stay in this rental. This place is fantastic! It is exactly as described and pictured - if not better! This is one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The reviews from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking. The owners were quick to respond to any questions leading up to our stay and kept us informed with the check in and out procedures. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this condo. It was perfect for us and our two children. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Our stay in Destin was wonderful. The condo is so clean, cozy , with beach/coastal decor! The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The views from the balcony of the gulf were breathtaking! We loved spotting the pods of dolphins surfacing in the mornings. This was our first time visiting Destin and we will definitely return. The hosts thought of everything you could need . Even have beach chairs and umbrella available to use if desired .
You will not be disappointed with this choice . The resort amenities are amazing as well and everyone is friendly.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really nice and cozy. it's decorated nicely with newer furniture and super comfy. There was a lot of construction going on during our stay which got pretty noisy with paint and chemical smells as you walk around the grounds, but at 20 floors up, it is unnoticeable. There was a water main incident so we were without water for roughly 1.5 hours, but as they say $h!t happens. You are only given a starter supply of necessities, so you will want to be prepared for that going in, lesson learned for us. We were also not prepared for the cafe to be closed while we were there. We did not have a car, so our plan was to eat at the cafe to make it easy. We just made other accommodations, but would have been nice to have known ahead of time. The views are spectacular and couldn't get enough of them and the beautiful clear water. I do recommend the owner either replace or grease the screen doors on the sliders as they are very hard to open and close. Other than a few minor issues during our stay, we loved it!

Overall we had a great trip, and the condo and beach were beautiful. There were just a couple of negatives. First, the owner did not send me our check-in information, so we were held up quite a bit at check in until I called and texted her and she got back to me. Second, the property itself was going through major renovations, and it was noisy, dusty, and with heavy paint smells the whole time we were there. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

The host was quick to respond which was wonderful. I traveled with my elderly parents in November and they were cold most of the time. Unfortunately the blankets were not enough for them. I felt fine but they complained they needed more blankets. We had to use every blanket already because we were using each bed and pullout couch. My mom slept in her sweatshirt the whole time.
I was sad to learn once I arrived that the cafe and outdoor tiki hut were closed for the season. Had I known that I would have probably just booked a hotel on the beach. Overall, the condo was beautifully decorated and the hosts were thoughtful. I didn’t notice the beach bag with the towel, ball and waters until I was leaving. I wish I had so I could have saved on buying those items from the Nextdoor stores. Such a sweet gesture. Thank you so much. Would stay again in a warmer time of year when things were available.

This is our second time staying at this condo because the first time was so perfect so why stay anywhere else! We very much enjoyed the comfort the condo has to offer and the space. We stayed at other condos in the Gulf Shores and this is 100% our favorite. The beds are comfortable, the chairs are amazing (yes I actually looked at the tag because I would buy them myself lol), and the kitchen has everything you need. The owner respond so quickly they must have a special notification so you’ll always be able to contact them for anything you need. They went above and beyond during our stay so if you’re looking for a place by reading reviews- definitely book here and you won’t regret it. Thanks!
