Οι πολλές σκάλες.σιγουρα δεν ενδείκνυται για οικογένειες με μικρα παιδια. Το μπάνιο θέλει πιο πολύ προσοχή ήταν βουλωμένη η ντουζιέρα και θέλει περισσότερη καθαριότητα γενικα..κάποιες πετσέτες είχαν κίτρινα στίγματα . Είναι μόνο για ύπνο τα δωμάτια...

Natürlich aufgrund der Lage etwas laut. Bad beengt, aber sauber und alles funktioniert…

The property is literally across the road from the beach with lots of the beach front properties offering beach beds / loungers etc. Its very clean and comfortable and lots of food and shop options near by!
The hosts are lovely and really helpful. We arrived on a late flight and they accommodated a late check in and kept our bags for us when we checked out as we were leaving on a late boat.

The place was absolutely fantastic! It is very close to the best beach bars on the shore! The staff was really kind and nice, and the view from the balcony was fascinating also. Rooms are on the smaller side, but totally perfect for the purpose, and the price is unbeatable. The bed was a little bit too soft for me, but manageable, and it's only personal preference anyway. Highly recommended if you're planning a visit to Kos town!

We booked the top floor room, so we were lucky and enjoyed the terrace, but in general the guests were really loud and uncivilised, looking for party and drinks… Not recommended if you look for a quiet and comfortable stay. The host was very nice.

Lovely, helpfull personal. Reserve top floor sudios with an extremly huge terracce, beautifull view evening, We loved to be here, return as soon as we can, Sea is 50 meters with TARZAN restaurant, is a must !!!
We were absolutely satisfied, just suggest to bult in the part of the terrace with sunshineproof tant, during day can be hot, or a circle jacuzzi :-)

It was very clean with all the basic equipment’s and an AC! The view from the room was spectacular. I also had a terrace and it was just something else. Highly recommended ❤️ the hostess was amazing, very kind and helpful.
Maybe the pillows can be a bit more softer. But it’s a matter of personal preference.

Location was great we always found parking along the street . Very helpful owner nice and friendly.was excellent value as it was really cheap and we could walk to town port and cafes nearby and shops. Amazing sea view with beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the evenings we sat and watched out to sea and tu Turkey!internet was good there were enough plugs the room was cleaned daily
Really good value for what we payed I was disappointed not to get a room on the 1st floor they were taken and I found it tiring being almost retired to go up and down to the 2nd floor.. but its ok we enjoyed our stay anyway..the jug was broken there were saucepans though

Located right down town with access to everything via rental bikes near by. Staff was incredibly helpful with assisting arrangement when needed.
Ask for roof top room. All have access to rooftop seating area. Great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. You provide.

I stayed here with my Husband for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable apartment/studio.There is all you need to cook and the fridge , although small, is perfect for the situation. It is very close to the beach. If one day I go back to KOS I think I will book it again.
