We stay in Windsor hills frequently as well as the surrounding areas. This home is very clean and modern looking. Everything was excellent and above average for price point. We would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as described. Very Clean, updated, and spacious. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax. The host, Marcel, was very responsive to any inquiries during the stay. Had a problem with the microwave, and a temporary one was provided later that day while repair parts were being ordered. One thing about the community is the access restrictions for guests. We were in town for a youth team event, and getting team members to visit during downtime could have been a hassle, but Marcel (again) was very responsive in getting guests added to the list quickly. If you love to enjoy the pool deck, but are not a fan of neighbors staring at you….then stay here! The amount of space in the back yard is phenomenal when compared to many other properties in the area.

This property was as nice, if not nicer than the listing pictures. You will not be disappointed! Moreover, Marcel was an excellent host who allowed us to extend our stay an extra day (at no extra cost) to make up for a flight cancellation! I can't recommend this enough!

We just got home from staying at Marcel's property for 4 nights. The check in process was super easy and we didn't have any issues our whole stay. The house is clean and the pool was warm! I would definitely come back and stay here in the future!

Marcel's place was well-equipped and exactly as advertised. It is walking distance to the Clubhouse and Waterpark and 10-15 minutes from most Orlando attractions. Marcel was V responsive to any questions and i recommend this house to any family visiting the area.

We were very happy with our stay at this house. It was spacious, had a beautiful heated pool and hot tub, we loved not having rear neighbors right on top of us, and the proximity to Disney parks can't be beat. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of some kitchen items (pantry, some dishes, dish towels) but the rest of the house was well cleaned. This is our second VRBO stay while going to Disney and we wonder why we ever stayed on property in the past! It is so wonderful to have an entire house to ourselves, with all the amenities, for less than the price of the cheapest Disney hotel room (where everyone is crammed into 1 room with no amenities). We would be happy to stay here again!

We just returned from a week long trip in Orlando. We came for Universal Studios! The house met all of our needs: very clean, spacious, well stocked and a great pool and hot tub. The kitchen had a great supply of kitchen items that you could allow you to cook full meals everyday if you wanted. Check in was a breeze and coming and going was easy. The game room was a favorite for our entire crew! Marcel, our host, was so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. While we didn’t do Disney this trip, the house is so close to those parks! Lots of restaurants, shopping options are nearby! It was a great vacation!

The house layout was awesome and matched the online pictures. The heated pool was just what we needed given the fluctuations in the weather. The family enjoyed the game room; my son was overjoyed when he learned there was a gaming system after realizing he forgot to pack his own. Marcel was responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We highly recommend the house to others looking.

The house was Amazing it was everything we needed. Everything was clean and nice, We loved that the adults rooms was downstairs and the children rooms was upstairs. Also appreciated they had towels for the pool due to we didn't bring any. I would definitely rent this property again me and my Family loved this house…..

The house is exactly as listed. Very comfortable inside and lots of comfortable seating throughout the house. It has ample amount of space for 2 families to stay comfortably. The kitchen is stocked well with everything we needed to cook at the house. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We had a great week and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for your rental. It is super convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as 1-4 and Disney parks.

The house exceeded our expectations and was even better in person. It’s the cleanest rental house I’ve ever stayed at, and in the perfect location. Plenty of space for the whole family, and we spent our non-park time as a family in the pool and game room. Our group consisted of grandparents (age 70-80), parents (ages 40-50), teenagers, and a child. My family kept thanking me for finding and booking this place. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool and patio is the perfect size. We travel together often and this was the best rental house we’ve ever found. Everyone was so happy with it.
Don’t give it a second thought - book this house. I know I will book it again next time we are in the area. We made great family memories - it’s perfect!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The home was meticulously clean and the kids especially loved the pool. The community center, pool, gym, etc were also great.The location was very close to Disney which was perfect for our park visits.

The home had everything a family could want and need. We had a very comfortable stay and would absolutely stay here again. We felt safe in the gated community. Had a blast swimming in our own private pool. We could do laundry any time we needed. The property even has a game room for the kids. Loved our stay!

We had a great stay at the villa. Communication was excellent with owner. Villa was spacious and well kept. The pool and hot tub together with the view at the back were wonderful. Will definitely look to book again in the future.

We have stayed in the Kissimmee area multiple times and rented larger group homes each time. This house has been our favorite so far.
The location was excellent for getting to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld.
Plenty or restaurants, shopping, car shows, mini golfs etc in the area.
House was clean and I would say it was accurately described in the listing in terms of privacy and south exposure. There is a nice green space out the front door as well. The complex also has multiple play grounds for kids.
Games room was good, nice air hockey table.
Pool heat worked well. Hot tub got very warm and the pool was warm as well, kids loved it.
Check in was very easy. We were sent all documents and information well before arrival and checking in with security was simple and fairly quick.
Communication with the owners from time of booking and the period leading up to the trip was never a problem, quick replies. We had no reason to contact the owners during our stay so I can't speak to that, in a good way, no issues.
Overall the stay was great and we would rent here again.

We had 5 people in our group and honestly this house is so big, it felt like 20 of us could have fit. Pool was warm and clean for the kids and the Windsor Hills pool was the same. No big concerns for our family.
The property manager made check in easy and wasn't ever needed during our stay, which to me makes the stay that much easier.

This is a terrific house for a large family group. There’s lots of living and dining space and the bedrooms are a good size. Amenities at the house are great too - pool, games room, air con etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, great location
Great house and great location. Check in process was very easy and we just had to show ID/check in at the locked gate our first entry. After that, our access card worked easily. Everything was as pictured. Our kids loved the game room and we enjoyed having TVs in each bedroom allowing everyone to spread out when needed. Pool was great. My only suggestion would be to add privacy screens or bushes along the one side between the next door neighbors pool. The other side and back are very private. Not a big issue for us as the neighbors for our stay rarely swam when we did. We would stay here again!

Family vacation
We stayed at this property with our kids and grandkids. It was an awesome experience. The home is set up excellent for three families with all amenities. We really enjoyed the pool As well as everything else the home offers. It was incredibly clean and very easy to work with the owner to get set up. The closeness to all the Disney attractions was so convenient with young families. Our family really enjoyed our stay

We loved the resort! Not far from all of the attractions. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly by property owner and manager. Great size house with enough space to accommodate all of our guests. We will keep this house on our list for the next Disney trip.

Orlando Vacation then Cruising from Port Canaveral
We were a group of 10 from 5 years to 65 years, the house was perfect! Close to everything we wanted to do in Orlando and the pool and Jacuzzi were great to come home to. We had an issue with the Jacuzzi on the first day and they property mgmt had someone there within the hour to fix it, Great Service. We will definitely use this house again.

Nice house and setting
Everything was great except for the trash pickup. They did not pick up every day they were supposed to. With 11 people we had so much more trash than seemingly allowable. The last day we had so much stuff than normal and they didn't come before checkout @ 10:00 AM.
Patio doors were a little difficult to slide open and close.
We had a great stay with our family that hasn't been able to happen for 5 years, thank you for having it available.

We had such a great time. The home had everything we needed. The resort area with pool, splash pad and slides were an added bonus. Will definitely be coming back.

Great place to get away and still be close to Disney and Univresal
There were 9 of us--grandparents, parents, teens- and we were there for 8 nights. The house is roomy; the kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. All appliances worked well. The pool and spa were wonderful and they were truly heated. The teens loved the hangout room in the garage area--and everything worked.
Maintenance responded promptly when we had issues with he garbage disposal (they replaced it in short order).
We also enjoyed the clubhouse, putting green, and tennis courts.
If you have more than 2 cars, you should consider parking the other cars at one of the onsite overflow parking areas.
This property is close to Disney and Universal. There's a large new Walmart about a mile away (gas station there as well).
Our only suggestion to the owners is to purchase and place new mattresses on all the beds.
We had a great time and would love to stay there again.

Orlando Thanksgiving get away
We absolutely loved staying at this property for the week! The hosts and property were amazing. The house was perfect for what our family needed and was better than we expected with recent updates before our arrival! We would definitely stay again when we make a trip back to Orlando.

The house was great, and in a perfect location. The only downfall was that it was not very clean upon arrival. The house itself was beautiful, just dirty. My only suggestion would be a new cleaning crew.
