The host was a really nice person, he was waiting for us at the door (he leaves close). He even left a welcome present, for adults and for the kids as well.

A washing machine could have been the only extra we were thinking of.

In general, the apartment was very cozy. It was clean, with two rooms for us, and a sufficiently spacious living room where we spent time during the day. The arrangement of the apartment was quite good, and we liked it. There were two spots 200 meters close to the apartment where we were able to go into the sea, and we could swim with our child

There are two small things that aren't particularly significant but could possibly be improved in the future. First, the Wi-Fi is a little weak; if someone was watching Netflix, others were not able to stream other content on the internet like YouTube or surf for news. This might just be a problem for us, but it's worth mentioning. The second thing is that the apartment has only one air conditioner in the living room. So, at night, the bedroom's door needs to be opened to benefit from the air conditioning. Perhaps this could be improved in the future by adding a small air conditioner in each bedroom as well.

Definitive taras with the view on the see if perfect! Overall cleanness. Very sympathetic owner, we got even home made cake!

1.You have to consider that it's something specific in this corner asortyment location.. Despite of 31 deg. It was so windy that you cannot sit on the terrace..100 meter behind was already all fine.. 2. Air conditioning seems had been bit maintained and serviced long time as there was specific(wet) air smelled in all rooms.. 3. Caffe machine must be replaced! In current one pot of cafe took over 1h to be prepared! Disaster.. 4. Some finishing work in the apartment still must be done..(cables going out from the walls, unpainted ceiling etc.)

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay in quiet village of Privlaka and Lueva was the best choice we could made- wonderful sea view, huge terrace, comfortably designed apartment (wi-fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, haridryer, oven, all necessary pots and pans to prepare meals). There were plenty of places to go swimming and sunbathing with sand underfoot and emerald water. Last but not least, friendly and helpful hosts who treated us like a real family. We were treated with delicious regional croissants, sweet grapes and felt like home. For sure we will return there next year.

Most of the things. Appartment is completely new. Absolutelly clean, kitchen with all the facilities you can imagine. Dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster... . All new, perfectly clean. New beds with new mattresses, very comfortable. Mosquito nets and window blinds on all windows. Lot of towels provided. All the house is new, well built, no disturbtion from other appartments. Grill available, table/chairs on terace. Location is really calm, only few people, no cars passing by. Safe for children. EXTREMELY kind hosts, all of them. Very prompt, willing, we even got home made cake as present (best I ever eat). Water and few beers awaited us in fridge what was perfect after long journey. Host showed real interrest in our satisfaction. Appartment really spacious. Many shops available, also few good restaurants. We would definitelly recommend this apartment, it's one of the best we've visited in Croatia. After few adjustments (racks/shelves, wash-basin) it would not have any imperfections.

Not nice approach to sea - rocks, sea grass. However, there are sandy beaches approx 300-500m from appartment. One easy to solve: not enough storage places in apartment - not a one in bathroom, only one wardrobe in each room (would be ok if it is full of racks/shelves). It was impossible for us to store clothes and other stuff. One also easy to solve: wash-basin vs toilet. Construction created for wash-basin was so robust and close to toilet, it was really hard to use the toilet. If wash basin is hang up to wall, there wouldn't be any issue. Terrace: a small privacy, next to (open to) road. No terace doors to have it opened all the day as we use to - to go to terace, you need to use main entrance. During the night (especially Friday, that was bad), music is heard from beach bar. Not much, but no quiet evenings with cicadas singing around, unfortunatelly.

Localization was perfect, close to the sea, silent area. Very nice beaches 3 min of walk from the apartament. Clean space, very nice owners.

Wi-fi connection was not Good, but it's understandable, New apartment and I am convinced that The owners will fix it.
