Lovely host and apartment!

It was a perfect stay in Rome. Fabio is the best host and we are fully satisfied with his kind accommodation. The apartment is super clean and convenient. I stronglt recommend it!

Apartment was very spacious, nice, cozy and clean, has 2 beautiful modern bathrooms, a/c units, heating, fully equiped kitchen, everything you need. Location also good, close to metro etc. Fabio is a great man, very very helpful. Do not look any other place to stay, book this one and you will be very satisfied :)

Distance to city center/restaurants/public transport was ok, flat is big, nice bathrooms.

During holidays it would be lovely not to deal with any basic stuff, such as heating. In this case, we felt slightly cold at the evenings/mornings after showering as the heating was being turned on-off on certain schedule which is not controlled by the guest. There are AC units installed, however no controllers are present.

Casa Fabio offers pristine cleanliness, perfect amenities, and spaciousness for total relaxation. Fabio was an excellent communicator throughout the trip and my parents and I lacked for nothing during our short stay. We all commented on how sparkling clean the property was and how well-appointed the unit is with toiletries, linens, and a plethora of kitchen necessities. The washing machine is also a huge plus. Both the bathrooms and bedrooms are sizeable and the mattresses offer comfortable sleep. Though it is located on the ground level, the apartment itself is very quiet and we had no issues with any exterior noise. Its location is quite convenient to Termini and an easy walk to many other points of interest, shopping, restaurants and grocery. I wish we had longer to stay and enjoy this wonderful property -- I have no doubt that it would be an ideal home base for a long-term stay in Roma. 10/10 recommend! Cozy, very clean and with home feeling perfectly equipped apartment just 20 mins walking from all famous Rome's places. In 2 mins there is a very good cafe with good coffee and breakfast, apartment owner gave ALL really ALL needed info to spend a pleasant time in Rome. The best part of the day was to return absolutely tired to "home"? Definitely not our last stay !!! Thank you!

Fantanstic location! Fabio was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean. Best of all the beds were so comfortable, almost skipped touring to sleep!

Host was easily reachable and responded quickly to our queries. Tips from Sara were really helpful. Apartment itself was well furnished, very clean and with comfortable beds. I have been using booking.com for several years. This apartment was best so far.
