Me agradó la ubicación del hotel. Frente a la estación.de tren. Muy central. Zona segura. Calles comerciales y peatonales en todo el pueblo

Fomos muito bem recebidos, tínhamos saida cedo para Machupicchu e nos ofereceram de levar o café da manhã em um pacote para viagem pois era antes da hora do café. Além disso, tirou diversas dúvidas que tínhamos. Também deixou nossas mochilas aguardando na recepção em segurança até nossa volta. Recomendo bastante. Fica em frente à estação de trem. (Mas na ida o trem não parou na estação - não sei se é padrão...)

The location was excellent, right beside the train station, and it was 5 minutes walk to the bus station. The staff were so friendly, they started to prepare our breakfast at 6 am and provided so many options.

Our room was right above the train station (you can see the train stops right there). You can hear train sound very clearly, which was still bearable for me. But there was constant mechanical and construction noise from 10pm to 4am. It was so loud for me and I didn’t have airplugs. I didn’t sleep well.

Close to train station, still quiet at night. Everything is within walking distance.

Showers did not have any water pressure. The attached restaurant is a scam. The restaurant charged our family of 4 "service fee" of 10-soles for 3-juices. In our entire stay in Peru, we did not encounter "service fee" at any restaurants. I would not recommend staying at this hotel or dining at the attached restaurant.

Very short walk from the train station. Budget friendly.

Too close to the train station. All the noises from the station and the noise from trains woke us up a few times late in the evening. The water pressure and lack of hot water was a problem, but was resolved by staff.

Location. Indira was very gracious and very helpful. Kept our luggage stored until we were ready to return to Cusco.

great location right next to train station, good value, convenient.

The room was very nice with comfortable beds. However, the manager treated us with such kindness. First, they allowed early check in. They kept our bags the next day when we visited Machu Picchu. One of our kids was sick, so they let us stay in the lobby well after our check out time, and seemed happy to do so. They provided caring service, even though our stay was only one night.

Location near the railway station. Cheeper budget staying. They made for early check outers the breakfast into a box to go. the woman receptionist was very friwndly.

would not stay more than 1 night. There was no soundproof of anykind. Rooms are dark. Seems to me that this was not a hotel backbin the days.

Basic accommodations near the train station. Only needed to stay 1 night, so it was sufficient.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty lacking, consisting of two scrambled eggs, some bread, butter, 1 packet of jelly and coffee & tea. The check in was late by almost an hour, as they were still cleaning the room. The checkout was at 9:00, which seems a bit early.

The location is great.

We ran out of water at 6am and there was nobody in the front desk, or any staff around to help us. The phone that the B&B provides wasn’t answering either.

Simple but works well for one night. The location is great and the staff helpful.
