Really cool and fairly priced

Beautiful apartment with a view to die for. All spotlessly clean. We’ve been about a bit but definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Hope one day we’ll get a chance to go back

Ideal location for a holiday.

Brilliant location with great views and cafes downstairs. Active view with park and beach across the road, ferries coming and going. Owner very helpful and everything explained clearly.

Lovely modern apartment with picture perfect views & in the perfect location right on the waterfront in the centre of town.

A fabulous place to stay in excellent downtown location. The views from open plan kitchen/living/dining were beautiful. Great for watching Ferry and boats coming and going. Access to the apartment is brilliant with elevator opposite the door and from secure garage area. No problem for my 100 year old mum to use walker from street.With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and excellent living and dining areas the apartment was superb. Outdoor furniture and BBQ gave pkenty of seating options. We found it only a few minutes walk to train station and cruise boats. Thats with mum pushing her walker!Thanks homeowners for sharing this fabulous property. I hope to come again.

Perfect for a stay in Picton! It was convenient to the waterfront, Queen Charlotte Track, and restaurants. Parking was free and in a garage. I highly recommend this property!

This appartment with 6 beds, 2 of them at the very front with best views is a modern stylish and well equipped place to spend also several days. The garage is also very useful. We can highly recommend this place to be!

Great apartment, awesome views, very spacious.

We stayed here over Christmas and the apartment made it all the more special. Easy check in to start us off, blown away by the view, superbly appointed, and so comfortable. It got to the point where we didn’t want to leave! Possibly the nicest place we have ever stayed in.

The apartment was exceptional and has everything you need for your stay. From the moment we walked in the door and saw that amazing view out to the harbour we knew we were going to have a fabulous time. The decor, the size, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the deck, the view - you couldn't want for more!!! I would highly recommend to stay at this apartment, you wont be disappointed. Thank you so much and we hope to return again some day.

This beautiful apartment was amazing in so many ways. The pictures don’t do it justice! We were a little nervous that this would be a small living space, but it was actually bigger than some of the houses we have rented. The apartment was immaculate and very well decorated. Definitely loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and the gorgeous views out the back window. Plenty of cafes around and things to do. We took a day trip to the wineries, which was only about 30min away and easy to get to. Driving through the sounds is definitely recommended as well! Wished we could have stayed longer!

The Apartment was first class and extremely well equipped. The view from the apartment was exactly as shown on the web site and spectacular. We loved Picton and now wished that we had allowed more time there, only had two full days! Lots to do in the area and we visited two Wineries in the Marlborough region and took a boat trip to Motuara Island. ??

We loved our stay in this condo. It was well modern, clean and had beautiful views!

Location amazing however we did have a little difficulty finding it as numbers not immediately obvious and we weren't aware that it was in Quay Apartment Block
