Staff were very friendly and helpful - walked me to the apartment when I arrived late at night. Location in centre of town was good.

The apartments are in a separate building so not very convenient to make use of facilities at the main hostel. No facilities in the apartments to cook, not even a microwave to warm up food - just very basic furnishings, and quite cramped. Note that hostel only accepts payment in cash.

En el baño había agua, por la madrugada nos abrieron la puerta con llave, hace pensar que se usa la misma llave para todas las habitaciones.

Very nice staff as well as the hostel(main part). I stayed in the individual room, apart from main hostel, they were very gentle and showed how everything works. The room is big and brand new. Also, they have a superb breakfreast for ten lev with a lot of options. They also provide a tour ( i didnt go)

Welcoming and friendly staff, although I arrived in the middle of the night. Very convenient central location. Private transfer service from/to the airport at a fair price.

The toilets (you have to go out and then through the terrace to reach them) weren't that clean and the room not so comfortable.

Staff were very friendly.

The private rooms are a 10 min walk from the main hostel. Mattress and pillows were stained and the shower drained so slowly it flooded every time. No tea spoons to make tea and coffee. No aircon. Room was dark and dingey.

The staff was amazing!

Unfortunately there was no AC

Good location, very friendly staff and a perfect common area to meet with everyone - also I loved the design there, very cozy. Breakfast was great too and there's a bunch of things to do organized by the hostel like a hike to the monastery or graffiti tour. Super value for money.

The location was good and the breakfast was fantastic.

One shower and two toilets were inadequate for the number of people staying on my floor.

The room was nice, spacious enough and clean. The workers in the hostel were really nice.

I really think the hostel needs to let it’s guests know that there are two areas where the rooms are located. The main building where reception is has all of the facilities and a kitchen. The other building (where we stayed) is annoyingly a 10 minute walk away and you do have a fridge outside of your room but not a kitchen and nowhere to cook. Tbh we were really tired and it was a slight inconvenience for us because we wanted to cook things then eat in our room and unfortunately we couldn’t. For future reference if you do stay here just be aware you might be in the other building and if you are cool with that great but for many guests a disclaiming would have been useful. Also not a fan of the shower, it doesn’t have a seperate floor from the rest of the bathroom so water goes everywhere and you are constantly mopping.

1 shower for few rooms, always wet, dirty. " Noisy" beds, stinky matress ...

The staff is super helpful, we stood at the apartments which are very good price/quality (located 7min walking from front desk).

Breakfast has a wide variety but it is served in a super crowded ad tiny place
