We arrived and really liked the place at first, but when we went to bed at night we noticed that there was something in the bed that was BITING us constantly, some kind of insects. It was impossible to sleep and we woke up every 10 minutes, so we had to leave the accommodation in the middle of the night to sleep in a hotel nearby. The reaction from Sa Plana Nova was not nice. He did not acknowledge the problem and we did not feel comfortable to go back there, because he did not offer a fair solution and the way he spoke to us on the phone was disrespectful. In order to still be able to enjoy our holiday, we had to book a hotel for the whole 6 days and we never received a cent from Sa Plana Nova back, even though we have proof.

If you don't sleep at night it is because you admire the stars, watch the flash of the lighthouse, hear the birds singing or smell the flowers... To relax entirely it is perfect just to stay there. If you wish to explore surrounding sights, beautiful Portocolom, Puig de Sant Salvador with spectacular views, and Felanitx, the old city of winery, should be within reach for hiking and biking tours. For further destinations and an overall impression of the island, I would recommend to rent a car. (The parking site at Sa Plana Nova is secured by an electric gate.) The host is very attentive and helpful. He offers a well equipped kitchen, but in addition to the description there was also a fridge in my apartment. I do very much hope to come back!!

This villa is simply fantastic, the apartment is brand new well equipped and very cosy. The building is an historical one completely renewed and we loved the silence and the fact that we could use also the swimming pool. It is a Really fascinating place close to The best beaches of the island. Louis is a great host, he suggested us an outstanding Cala to visit and also booked the kayak excursion for us! We will be back for sure, This place is magic!

The character and charm of the old farmhouse far exceeded what we expected when booking - it was just such a lovely old building with very high ceilings and little interesting features everywhere. Carmen and Luis were fantastic and very helpful hosts. The saltwater pool was lovely for swimming and the general quiet nature of the hotel was very relaxing. The location, while quiet and pretty, was quite remote and therefore you pretty much need a car to get around to restaurants, groceries, sightseeing etc (Luis had warned us of this when we asked but just to emphasise!)

if you value silence, peace, and quiet, then Sa Plana Nova is an amazing option. Also, as it is a family owned and managed establishment, you can fell the care and attention from the host Lluis and Carmen. I was not expecting for it to be as good as it was.

The finca is amazing peaceful place to recharge your batteries away from resorts, crowds. But still close enough to amazing some beaches (Calo del Moro, Mondrago national park, Cala Santanyí etc.)

Quiet, large rooms, large outdoor area, pool, friendly host

Amazing place.. exceeded all expectations! Amazing room, very large, airy, spacious and stunning views. I loved the no-noise policy between 22 and 10 so you can really enjoy the birds and the sounds of nature. Surrounded by gorgeous fields which makes a lovely walk.

There is no cutlery in the kitchen which is a small inconvenience

The owner and his mother are very kind and help you with anything you need. The finca is located in the middle of their property and awaits with absolute silence. There is everything you need at the house to prepare yourself a perfect breakfast or dinner on their terrace neer the pool overviewing fields and the sea. Make sure to bring a car if you want to visit beaches and other places in the island though.

Wonderful staff - the family is run by a local family and they are really wonderful and accomodating! Great location close to the coast Spetacular views and surroundings, very quiet with only adults Apartment had everything we needed

No AC, there was a fan, but room became very hot Optimizing cleaning, there was a lot of spiderweb in the ceiling… but that’s minor detail Bed were quite hard, but that’s an individual opinion

Is was a peaceful place with a extraordinary view. Nice villages Portocolom and Porti Christo closeby.

Luis gave me and my partner a very warm welcome. Even before departure, he provided us with lots of advice and infos. We had a large room with kitchen and pool / sea view. The apartment was very spacious and we really liked the private terrace. The house is super quiet and the area very very idyllic. We loved driving to all the secret beaches in the area. So you are everywhere very quickly. We also really liked the furnishings in the room and we slept great. It was really a wonderful stay in the villa of Luis, I can highly recommend his finca and we will definitely come back. Thank you!

A beautiful and peaceful place, perfect to relax away from the noise of the city. The landscape was very beautiful, with a view of the fields and the sea in the distance. Luis' house is surrounded by fields with many animals. The accommodation was very comfortable, and well decorated, it was very pleasant. We had access to a common kitchen which was well equipped and very practical. Luis was kind and had very good advice for restaurants and beaches. Thanks again for everything, we will return with great pleasure!

Relaxed pool area, the view, sounds of birds and sheep, modern furniture. It is a very nice choice to relax for a week!

The beds were a bit basic and we found them not so comfy. And it is an old finca, so no airconditioning but a fan.

The Finca was very comfortable and offered everything that we needed! The location was amazing, surrounded by nature and animal sounds! We really enjoyed that! Luiz was very friendly and helpful!
