This house fit all of our needs and was located in a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for the kids to ride their scooters. The private beach was clean, never packed, and perfect for young children. We would definitely return for future family vacations!

This house is amazing. It has virtually everything you could want for a beach vacation The house is comfortable and super equipped. We had our adult children and grandchildren with us. They had a great portacrib, travel highchair, toys, beach toys. The owner and his family are amazing They responded to any questions in minutes. We will definitely look into renting in the future . I highly recommend this rental with no hesitation. Thanks Keith for a wonderful vacation..

Large exteded family stayed together for 2 weeks and reconnected. We had a wonderful time visiting RI beaches, Newport, and a ball game at Fenway Park. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing large family meals. Supermarkets and shopp3are clise by. We ate at wonderful restaurants in Galilee and Narragansett. Ice cream ahop is nearby. The owner responded immediately when there was a leaky kitchen sink. Care free, fun, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This home is very accommodating and has everything a great vacation could want. Lots of room to spread out, tvs for those inevitable rainy, wet blanket times, andof course a fantastic BBQ for those times that are not (rainy that is). The pristine condition of the property, plus the location being what it is, has brought me back twice now and I look forward to coming again.

The house at Bonnet Shores was perfect for our family. We loved the space that our family of six had at this home. In fact, one bedroom was not even used. The garage had so many items needed for the beach. The backyard was beautiful, we enjoyed the privacy, it looked like many of the neighbors do not have as much privacy. The deck was nice and the teens enjoyed the hammock. One thing that stood out to me was the book of information left by the owners. I have never seen such a detailed book with so much information. We were able to visit quite a few of the recommended restaurants and loved them. we felt that it was very informative to guide us within our weeklong trip. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

This was our first full family vacation! First time in Narragansett..Weather was great- how lucky we were given how New England weather can be! The home was very accommodating for us all, a group of 5 couples - 2 w children. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog, little kids.. easy evening stroll. Everything we needed or wanted to see was within 20-30 minutes! Area was close to a market, Dunkin’, restaurants and ice cream!! Multiple beaches to choose from!! Scarborough/Wheeler were where we visited!! Didn’t get to go to Kelly beach w free pass from house, next time!! Would definitely stay again!!!

The house was great - clean and extremely well supplied. We really appreciated the garage, which contained a second fridge and lots of beach equipment, and gave us a place to store our bikes and golf bags. The roomy driveway was a great help, as the twenty-somethings in our group were able to come and go in their own cars as their schedules permitted. The brand new deck contained 2 tables and a new grill. We loved the location, close to stores but in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking and biking through the area and visiting the community beach, for which a family pass was provided. Bonnet Shores is our favorite!

Very well supplied home from cooking/grilling, to beach needs. The new deck accommodated our crew very comfortably. Beds and linens clean and comfortable. Any questions/concerns we had were addressed quickly by Keith or his parents, whom live around the corner. It was our first reunion and we all had a blast! Having a lovely place to gather definitely made our week!.. And our dog enjoyed her stay as well!!

I haven't rented 34 Gardenia for a few years, mainly because of Covid. What a surprise to see the new exterior paint color! The new deck is fantastic. The inside looks so nice with all the freshly painted rooms, new beds and furnishings. It's so great that you take such pride in this property... I had a wonderful time, see you next summer!

The house was even better than described. We had everything we needed for a beach vacation with three generations of our family. Everything was sparkling clean. The house is on a quiet street and has a big backyard. Kelly beach is perfect for the young children in our group. We are considering returning next summer.

Plenty of space for three families with small kids and grandma and grandpa. House was well stocked with everything needed for the trip. Owner responsive. Place was clean and had a nice backyard for the kids to play in. 20-25 minute walk to kid friendly Kelly Beach or you can drop off and have someone walk/bike back and forth - it's worth it. Kelly Beach has great soft sand, gentle surf, and family friendly vibe. Bonnet shores in general was great with many great restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream places. We had been going to the pier area for years, but I think Bonnet shores might be our new spot in Narragansett.

Great house
Great house, fully stocked with everything a family would need. Beds are comfortable, linens and towels are great. Even with the high temperatures during our stay, all the AC units worked great. Highly recommended and I plan on renting there again.

Excellent
This house was just great. The owner (and his mom, I heard) paid attention to every detail from decor and comfort to incidental supplies which answered every need before it was even asked or thought of. Location is about as good as you can get for being centrally located to enjoy all the sites and activities South County offers.
From Mystic to Warwick to Newport and Jamestown on down to Point Judith and even Block Island the location allows fun travel in every direction at a savings of time and energy. Great stay. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation
This was our first time renting a beach house with a large family. We are from Rhode Island. We had a large family with 9 kids and fit us all comfortably. It was clean on arrival and had everything we needed.

Great Vacation
This property was exactly what we needed for a relative’s wedding weekend. It was perfectly located, very clean, and had everything we needed. As others stated it’s not an updated home but for a short visit that didn’t matter to my group at all. The extra beach towels, beach toys, sheets, blankets, etc more than made up for the older decor.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood
We had the best week in RI. The house was very clean spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. Keith was very prompt in answering our questions!!! The beaches were beautiful and the fishing was awesome!!! Would definitely recommend checking out this house if looking to stay in RI.

Perfect for Beach-Goers !
Our stay was comfortable and convenient. Both families agreed that we would return to this property.
It is spacious, super clean, and equipped. There is room for communal living and for privacy. We especially appreciated the air conditioning as our stay coincided with a humid, heat wave!
Keith is a fabulous communicator and extremely kind and accommodating.
We were well informed of the area--how to experience its highlights, its variety, its events.
We were also happy to be on a quiet street with friendly neighbors.

Convenient location to beaches and all of south county
House was comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities. Owner responded immediately when we had air conditioning problem, which we appreciated a lot! We were grateful to find a place that allowed us to bring our dog. My only suggestion is that the master bedroom mattress could use a newer, firmer replacement.

Spacious and clean house with a great deck and nice backyard

A relaxing get away
We had a great time, we requested a reschedule From June (due to the pandemic) to this date. Very accommodating! For my tribe, all of the air conditioners were a huge value add. But it is a great place to hang out, a nice 1 mile walk to a beach and short drives to everywhere you want to be.

Nice neighborhood
The property was as described perfect for our three kids and my husband and I . Our teenage duaghter in lower level . We enjoyed walk to Kelly Beach , about a mile so we made sure to Not carry a lot with us . Property owner was very good to work with and ensured our stay was pleasant and took care of everything right away .

With all the chaos of COVID we weren't sure if we would be able to take our family vacation this year. Keith stayed in touch throughout and we were able to enjoy our getaway.
