Circle Drive Venice Island Pool Home a Short Walk To Your Own Private Beach!
Nuestra casa en la isla de Venecia está a menos de 2 cuadras de la playa, ha sido un alquiler a corto plazo fuera de temporada durante los últimos 10 años y fue la única casa en la isla con calificación de oro de 5 estrellas entre aproximadamente 20 otras que figuran en la compañía de alquiler anterior. El TLC es evidente desde el momento en que llegas. Un paisaje exuberante te saluda cuando ingresas en el camino de entrada y la cálida sensación del hogar continúa mientras entras por la puerta principal. La sala de estar hundida está bien amueblada con esa sensación tropical de las mesas de Tommy Bahama, cómodas sillas de papasan, un sofá y un televisor grande para esas noches tranquilas en casa. La cocina está equipada con prácticamente todo lo que necesitará para preparar esa cena gourmet que puede disfrutar en su comedor o junto a la piscina en su terraza privada. Tres habitaciones esperan en el diseño de planta dividida. Ubicada a un lado de la casa se encuentra la suite principal que se compone de un inodoro privado / ducha / baño, un vestidor y un área de tocador / lavabo grande para prepararse para esas noches o simplemente retirarse a su tamaño king cama. En el lado opuesto de la casa hay dos habitaciones grandes y luminosas con un baño completo compartido en el medio. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen size, ventiladores de techo y mucho espacio de almacenamiento.

Venecia está llena de excelentes senderos y caminos que pueden llevarlo hasta Sarasota o, si le gusta un ritmo más corto y fácil, simplemente deambule por la isla. ¿Disfrutas caminando? This is a wonderful beach home! Very clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything you would need. We really enjoyed the patio/pool area and used it daily. The beach was also wonderful and just a short walk away. The owners are very responsive to questions, and they left a welcoming gift on the counter for us when we arrived-we thought that was very sweet! We would definitely stay again!

We are hesitant to give a good review because we want this house available for our future visits! We have stayed at multiple houses in Venice over the years and this one takes the cake. The location is perfect for the beaches (including the quietest private beach). The bikes in the garage made for an easy pedal to the beach each evening for sunset. The door to the pool open wide and there is a kid fence that helped corral our toddlers. The owners truly care that you have a nice visit and the house has everything you could need. We look forward to many stays here in the future!

This was my first time using VRBO. This property was perfect. With having twin 8-year-olds I wanted a pool and a house close to the beach so we wouldn't have sand all over the vehicle. This house again was perfect for that. Pool was 80 degrees, so the kids had fun swimming well after dark. The private entrance to the beach was amazing!!
The hosts were great! I booked this house 11 months in advance and every time I emailed them they always responded right away. I had to call them when we arrived, and they answered right away, and everything was fixed. The host stayed on the phone with me to make sure it was all good.
Easy access into the house, using my phone number as the code.
They had everything you need for the beach including towels, toys, tools for finding shells, coolers. They had 6 bikes. It was also close to downtown. My oldest son and his gf were able to walk downtown to explore.
Loved every bit of staying here. It was the perfect Christmas!!

Our hosts Chris and John were amazing. Right from day one their communication was excellent and when we arrived there was a nice note with a fruit basket waiting for us and then a brief visit to ensure we were OK.They are just the best!
The property itself is very well equipped with everything you might want and all the usual facilities you need, washer, dryer etc etc.
The pool area is very relaxing with plenty of space, chairs and sun loungers with the pool itself set to a very nice temperature and beautifully. lit at night.
The location of the property is perfect, just a few minutes walk or 1 minute drive from the beach. Walking into Venice High street takes a little longer but it's only a 2-3 minute drive and there are plenty of restaurants closely and further afield.

Close to the beaches, quite neighborhood, only about a mile from downtown shopping and eating. Beautiful house with a nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay!!

We only saw one couple at the beach two times during our stay. Other than the two times we had the beach all to ourselves. Having bikes available was nice for my teenagers to go out and explore. The house is amazing! in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Super clean, spacious, tastefully decorated. Plenty of supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, toys. Pool is heavenly. Being able to park inside the garage in this insane heat is a big plus! Pet friendly another big Plus for us. Owners respond fast. If I had to complaint, it would be about the A/C keeping the house cool not cold but then again we've been having extreme heat with very high heat index, which could be the case here. Notice it is not uncomfortable inside the house! We had a wonderful time and were able to celebrate our wedding anniversary in a relax atmosphere. We will return again in the near future and we do highly recommend this rental.

After 3 years of renting this property, it gets better each time! John and Chris are wonderful hosts, and the property is super clean, has lots of amenities, and is in a perfect location! Looking forward to returning next year!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this to others. We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed the location and facilities. The house was well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware as well as all the necessary appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, I think there was a crockpot also) we needed. The living room had a large TV with DISH cable so we could watch the basketball games! They also had 6 very nice bicycles (we used two of them, they were Schwinns) as well as 6 beach chairs and two sand umbrellas. They even had some beach toys for the kids. The owners were super accommodating and very responsive. We had a 2-year-old and they even had a pack-and-play for her. The pool was wonderful - the kids played all day - and the lanai had a nice table and lounge chairs to relax and watch them. The beach is about a 6-minute walk and very quiet since it's a private entrance. The only comment I would make is that the King Size bed in the primary bedroom was a little on the soft side so if you like a very firm bed, beware. We had no problems with it, we slept fine.
We would definitely return. Venice is a beautiful town with a lot of great restaurants and shopping and the beach was wonderful. Thank you John and Chris for letting us share your beautiful home!

Beautiful home with lots of space for all activities. Large patio and lanai for pool and relaxing. Table for cards with lights outside and spacious living room. Plenty of room for coing together in kitchen. Close to Venice downtown and Casperson beach within biking distance. Private beach entrance a real treat as only a block away and chairs at beach for sunsets.

This is the second time we stayed at this property and both times had excellent vacations. Everything you might need is available in the house including: dish soap, sponge, paper towel/toilet paper, beach supplies, bikes, etc. The location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet, relaxed neighborhood with easy access to the beach and the town.

Probably the cleanest unit we’ve ever rented.
The kitchen was very well stocked.

Beds were three out of five.
Can’t tell you about the TVs because we never turned them on, too busy enjoying Venice.
Loved having the space to park our vehicle in the garage.
We would definitely consider returning.

The house is wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are situated nicely, 2 on one end, master on the other. The location can't be beat, less than a mile from shopping and restaurants, and private beach access. The pool is the big bonus though. We had the grandkids join us for a few days and they spent just about every minute in the pool. Our hosts provided beach chairs and umbrella, and six bikes for our use. We lacked for nothing and our hosts couldn't have been more gracious.

We had the best time at this Venice Island home. The owners truly thought of everything to make it a great stay. It was the best location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were so close to everything the island had to offer. Awesome pool & lanai as well. We like like to get our steps in so we walked to restaurants, shops and the beach. Everything is an easy drives if someone doesn’t want to walk. I’m so glad we booked this home we had an amazing vacation!

Our family absolutely loved this house. The pictures did not do it justice. When we arrived, we were greated and surprised with a small gift bag of goodies. The house was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, cookware, cleaning products, laundry detergent, bathroom supplies, even provided shampoo/conditioner! Out of preference, we did bring our own Keurig. There were plenty of pool toys and floats. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms do get a tad warm, but nothing a box fan or 2 can't fix!
The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. While it was a stretch for our crew to walk to the beach, it was still an excellent location for quick nightly sunset viewings, beach access, grocery store and the gorgeous Venice Ave. There is no reason to even leave the Island! To top it off, the hosts were VERY responsive.

This house was perfect for our family. Lots of thoughtful additions such as pool toys, beach chairs, towels and shark tooth hunting tools as well as bikes. The house is close to several beaches and restaurants/grocery store. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. It was amazing to sit on the lanai and enjoy the sounds of nature. We enjoyed playing card games at the table on the lanai.

This place has it all! It’s clean, has the best pool and covered lanai, and is close to everything! The amenities are plentiful. It’s so great knowing that you don’t have to pack a lot for your stay. The owners are nearby and are super responsive! I highly recommend this propert.

Everything about this property was excellent!
The house is very well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The private beach access was perfect, it was like having the entire beach to ourselves. We found dozens of shark teeth too which was fun!
We enjoyed the supplied bikes and used them every day to tour around on, to get us to restaurants and also to get to the beach.
Overall, we would definitely come back again!

We enjoyed two weeks of relaxation at this home on Venice Island. Very comfortable. The pool was perfect. The proximity of the private beach is a plus. The sunsets are incredible.
