Maria was amazing I had also asked if they could have some coffee, milk and sugar their for us and I would pay seperate. When we arrived they had bread wine butter and more it was so handy as we landed late that night. Omg also we were on ground floor so pool right outside our back door and it was fab

I'm not saying I didn't like but air-conditioning would be great but they did supply good fans

+ Incredible host! + Lots of toys for our baby to play with in the house. Carlos went and bought a highchair and a baby bath for us. + Swimming pool!!!!! + Stuff to take to the beach (parasol etc.) + Nicely equipped terrace (dining table/chairs, beach recliners, hammock etc.) + Nicely equipped kitchen + Safe and quiet neighbourhood, very central, Uber is just a couple of minutes away + Awesome weather :-)

- Water drip from an upper flat on to the terrace kitchen table made for a funny dinner one evening :-). Not that big a deal really. - Unstable wireless (somethings good speeds and other times can't even load an image). - A good/working coffee machine would've been great to get the morning started.. but I just got them outside (they're much cheaper than the ridiculous prices here in London).. - General point: due to the central location, there's noise from music downtown which sensitive sleepers should consider (wasn't a problem for us). These are all very minor points and are written as a feedback for Carlos to make it even more pleasant an experience for his guests. We are extremely happy with our stay and thoroughly recommend it and would ourselves book again, should we visit the beautiful Albufeira region!

Apartment is perfectly located, nearby the city center but not in the crowd. It’s renovated, styled and fully equipped. The owner is super helpful and does his utmost best to accommodate his guests for a perfect stay. We loved it here and will be back!

The dog poop in the communal garden at the pool.

The apartment was everything and more than the pictures. It was great having the patio space to relax and the pool was right in front of us. We're walking distance from the lovely beach, shops and old town restaurants and bars. Carlos was super helpful with any questions we had and was very accommodating. The place was clean and funkily decorated. We will be back!
