Very large, clean, comfortable room. Bottle of water cooling in fridge & toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely views. Breakfast plentiful, croissants, cake, juice and coffee

We reserved upgraded room with sea view and first got room with view on the highway...then the owner swap us the room. Breakfast was only sweet pastry and coffee...

Everything. The stuff, the place, the location. Everything was at superlativ.

Nothing because everything was great!

The location was close enough to the sea and town center, about 10min drive. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean, and they provided you with all of the essential things a room and bathroom require. The hosts were very friendly and helpful For the rooms breakfast is included and the breakfast includes a variety of things to eat as well as cappuccino/tea and juice

In the rooms without kitchen the breakfast was free. The Booking.com booking clearly stated you had to pay for breakfast, so something needs adjustment. The apartment was very nice and clean and it had a nice terrace to sit outside attached at the back. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that there is a busy autostrada nearby and there is quite a bit of traffic noise when you are outside, which somewhat spoils the ambiance of the place. Inside you don't hear the traffic noise. It also would have been nice if they had some nice bottles of wine, beer and snacks to buy on site. Its a bit isolated and a bit of a trek back to town to get.

Amazing place and wonderful view. Helpful, hospitable and kind hosts!!! Really tasty coffee from Luisa:) Can use barbecue facilities with fresh spices. Own terrace. Follonica beach, Cala violina and Rosigniano are close to the place (if you have a car or motorbike).

Awful insects outside the house. A heavy rain spoils the terrace.
