But could use a few more potholders in the kitchen and hooks for towels in the bathroom with the shower.

Very clean, we got a parking spot in the driveway which was convenient. First floor unit was available for us, very nice. First floor is convenient, but you have to put up with lots of noise from people up late. Otherwise, everything was clean.

Cute modern unit located within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The unit itself was nice and included an outside shower for convenience. Only complaint was neighbors were very loud and the upstairs unit was also very loud during our stay. No sound proofing between units at all, you can hear every movement any of the units make.

Overall, enjoyed our stay at this property. A little noisy with the people upstairs above you, but other than that, it was a nice place. Wish they would have the barbecue pits fully stocked with propane, not many pots and pans to work with but other than that very happy with our stay and will be staying here next year.

We really enjoy this place. Walking distance to the beach and comfortable kitchen. We have a big family and everybody had fun. The parking is a major plus as it can get really tight. Will definitively be back.

The place is very nicely decorated. Very clean and comfortable the location is terrific with easy walks to the beach, the pier, and lots of great restaurants and coffee choices. The only negative thing is the noise from the upstairs apartment, once it was addressed it got much better but there was an awkward afternoon trying to figure out how to tell people traveling with children to calm it down. The host responded immediately and it got much quieter.
The outside patio is very nice too with seating and grills.

Lovely, clean and compact place. Great location, walkable to everything - restaurants and the pier/beach. Adequate linens for a family of 4. No amenities like soap, shampoo or conditioner. Plan ahead and bring your own.

We were all very impressed with the apartment. It was well stocked with whatever you would need. There were enough towels and had lots of extras in the kitchen. Would love to rent this unit again if they will allow us. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

We were pleased with our stay. The apt. is located in a quiet area, but a short walk to all the 'vitality and action' available on Pomeroy. It is just about 2 1/2 blocks from the beach with the street ending right near a beach access. A definite plus is that you have your own parking space off the street right next to the apt. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and everything worked well. There is only one shower, however, which wasn't a problem for the three of us, but might be for a larger group.

Really nice two bedroom apartment. The location was great, two blocks from downtown. There were only two downfalls for me, the neighbors upstairs were really loud and there's only parking for one vehicle. Other than that it was a great rental.

My wife and I took my mom on a belated Mother's Day trip and had a great time! Finding and getting into the place was a breeze and we were very happy with the cleanliness and the look there. It's a great location in the middle of Pismo just a few blocks from the pier. Thanks very much for making our stay worry free and enjoyable!

The property was immaculate, the condo had all the little details that make a weekend away a cut above. There was 1 1/2 baths, both bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. Plenty of linens, towels, extra pillows etc. The kitchen was well appointed, the home decor was pretty with a beachy vibe. Location was walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and beaches. Highly recommend.
