Everything was amazing. Everything was clean and well thought of. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Towels for the hot tub. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed our time at Treetops – again! The house is a great fit for our family providing spaces for us to hang together and separately.

Very much enjoyed staying at Treetops. My family loved that they could walk to town in minutes. We also enjoyed the two living areas with their "lookouts" to the forested hill behind the house. Extremely clean house and everything worked beautifully. We hope to return someday soon.

We found this gem during a VRBO search. It looked so pretty from the description and we were glad it was free for our dates. The general location was perfect for Saugatuck- we awoke both mornings and after our coffee on the serene seating in the trees we took a long walk through the town and surrounding streets. We were only .4 from downtown which was perfect but also private location that it seemed we were in the woods with no noise. It is a beautiful house with lots of different spots for seating and gathering. The hot tub was an extra bonus. My friend from HS and I brought our husbands plus our two college sons joined us. Plenty of room for six. We had a wedding and two birthday celebrations during the long weekend but did make a couple of meals. Well stocked kitchen to make this happen - spices, oil, foil etc I gotta say the best part of the house was the kitchen. Amazing! Anything you could want in a kitchen you can find it there. And in general, the house was by far over the top in high end finishes and decorations. A lot of thought went in to decorating. We went to a ten bedroom with a pool and ponds for a party. No comparison -our house was waaaaay nicer. If you need a place…this is worth every Penny. We will be back

Location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to Saugatuck. Kitchen is beyond well equipped. Great setup with all the porches and decks.

Beautiful, comfortable home close to restaurants and shopping (about 10-15 minute walk). We had a great time and the property management company was great to work with.

My family (7 adults) stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was fabulously decorated and so comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. It’s a short walk downtown and sits in a quiet neighborhood. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this property! My husband and I and our 3 girls (4, 6 and 8) really enjoyed this home for our summer vacation. This is our 3rd year in Saugatuck and we had the best time. I’m pretty picky on cleanliness and this was the cleanest rental we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable, the layout was perfect, the 3 season room and screened porches were so pretty. The hot tub was great at night. Appliances in the kitchen were high end. The space was so pretty and peaceful. It felt tucked away, but was on a nice street in a neighborhood and also very walkable to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was so great! It was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and back decks. The walk downtown was 10-20 minutes depending on where you’re headed, but we had great weather and it’s a very pretty walk. Definitely would stay here again!

Home was lovely. Attention to details was outstanding. Hard for 6 seniors to navigate all the stairs but that was our fault for not researching schematics ahead of time. Kevin was a great host. That need new towels and washcloths in bathrooms.

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary and loved everything about this home! It is set high in the trees, which provide a very secluded and relaxed feeling. Everything in the home is first rate and very well maintained: bathrooms, bedrooms, living space and kitchen… and an incredible hot tub. We also loved the convenience to town being only a few minute walk. HIGHLY recommend this property in Saugatuck!!

What a soothing and beautiful home. TreeTops is a perfect description of this wonderful place. It was immaculate, with a beautiful and well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and beautiful modern bathrooms. Communication was excellent. Just as we arrived, we got a call to make sure we were not having a problem with the entry code. We did have a problem with the TVs, and within minutes, someone came and fixed the problem. Amazing service. We are keeping TreeTops on our list for sometime again in the future. We absolutely loved it!

We were there with our 2 teenage daughters and their friends. House was great for this purpose, with a main floor that was for the adults and kitchen, and a whole bottom floor that was exclusively for the kids (except when we went in the hot tub). Place was 15 min walk to town, which worked well for us not having to drive in for dinners and ice cream. Highly recommend this house!

Great location and lovely vacation rental. Located within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck, but tucked away in a quiet street.

We enjoyed this rental quite a bit. The hot tub was nice and the porch was relaxing.

We loved staying at this unique property. Short walk to downtown Saugatuk and exquisitely decorated. Every room was different, and really added to our stay. We will stay at Treetops again next time we are in Saugatuk.

The photos of this home do not do it justice! It looks beautiful on line, however, it is even better in real life!! We had 3 couples getting away during this pandemic and couldn't have picked a better home. It was spotless and, during this time, that is more important than ever! It rained a good part of the weekend and dinner reservations were hard to come by with restaurants at half capacity. We were able to get take-out and spent the weekend playing cards and games and enjoying the beautiful decor and views from every window of the house! The kitchen was well stocked and there was more than enough room for 6 of us to be very comfortable. The one and only negative was the bed in the smaller bedroom. It was rock hard! Aside from that, it was perfect!!! We all would love to go back again. Also, kudos to whoever decorated this home, it is GORGEOUS!!!! Thank you!

I found and rented this property as a substitute for my pre-covid birthday plans. Over all it was an excellent home and place to stay. It was much larger than the pictures suggested and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out around the home. Close to town and easily walkable was a huge bonus. And all of us enjoyed having the hot tub available downstairs. We would absolutely look at staying again.

Overall the house was very comfortable. My only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable and lumpy which made for some restless nights. Really enjoyed the house, cleanliness and location within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas

This property was perfect for us. The teens loved having the downstairs all to themselves. 10 minute walk to downtown was easy. We will definitely return!

Home was lovely! Would definitely Return! However, property manager gave us wrong info about some of the property specifics and did not return several emails I sent.
