Road works made it hard to get around on foot and in car and parking wasn't free

stafff are amazing here nothing was to hard to accomadate i needed alittle help with staying longer due to doing IVF and they helped out highly recccomend

maybe would be nice to have a bottle of water in fridge for purchase

Good quiet rooms at night time.

The entrance doors to rooms are a little tight. It takes a bit of juggling to get bags around the doors. Perhaps less powerful door closers could help.

I liked the closeness to the train

Parking fee wasn't expected - should be factored into room price

Breakfast at the in house cafe was fantastic. Great food, wonderful staff and very convenient. Would definitely recommend it.

the view was amazing in our corner suite with views on both sides.

the only thing was the air conditioner seem to not be able to keep up and in the early hours was very hot. had to keep the door open while getting ready for the day was very stuffy. the toilet seat fitted was MUCH to small for the toilet

Nice and tidy room. Bathroom and bed was lovely. Good clothes storage if needed.

Since there were no open windows, the room had a musty-like smell. Other than that, great stay.
