The views are amazing from the balcony and from the bedroom. A huge plus is the washing machine. The host is a lovely lady who helped me to find a free parking spot in the middle of the night 300-400 m from the apartment as the street parking at the apartment was totally swamped. There is a coffee machine but you need to buy your own coffee. There was plenty of tea though. It's a safe neighborhood at night.

It seems that there is an intermediary company between the owner and booking.com. They are only an obstacle in communication and it is best to contact the owner directly on the phone number she gives you. It may be tricky if you have to do international calls/texts but the company does not respond to messages on booking and does not work weekends and after hours where you arrive or check out. Just to be aware of. The owner is however extremely reliable and on time.

Amazing views of the sea and Dubrovnik. Apartment is lovely, in a quiet area not far from the old city with beaches nearby and a bus stop opposite the road. Owner went out of her way to help us. I can definitely recommend this and will visit again.

Enjoyed it all but stairs may be difficult for elderly people.

The owner is very friendly, hospitable and helpful. She gave us all information and more ! There are 2 mini market just 10-15 minutes away. The view from the balcony is superb, we can't get over it ! The sunset is amazing took so many photos of it ! Bus stop is just down the road, easy access to old town and Gruz & Babin Kuk.

Everything in the apartment is ok. The stairs going to it is normal in Dubrovnik.

Covered balconies with AMAZING views. Good location. Had washing machine and drying rack, necessity after 3 weeks of travelling.

Dealing with a 3rd party to pay for stay at property, Direct Booker, prior to arrival. Not replying to messages sent via Booking.com to pay. Had to phone and pay upon arrival and wait for payment confirmation message to be able to obtain keys, took over 1 hour. Finding the actual apartment in building, two addresses in one building, not given an apartment number prior to arrival and no name on actual door, as with previous apartments we have stayed in. Deep bench top in bathroom, low lighting, hard to see to apply makeup. Needs a full or half length mirror els wherein apartment.Mirror in kitchen same, useless.
