Laura met us with a smile insisted on carrying our suitcases. Straight away she was helpful. The apartment was clean, everything I needed. Quite. Delighted to be so close to the beach, shops, restaurants and Playa De Las Americas. Laura returned with a 2nd chair for the beach even though I told her not to bother. She booked and organised the taxi transfer to the airport. She was brilliant

Proximity of a bar/club opposite can get a bit loud during the night as people leave.

Located just across the road from the nicest beach in Los Cristianos at a very fair price. Complete, modern kitchen and bathroom amenities with a small but private terrace on which to sip your morning orange juice. Laura was especially helpful suggesting cafes and restaurants in the old town.

In addition to the some complementary breakfast/coffee items, the hosts also provided a nice bottle of wine and some cold beers which were very much appreciated. They also made special arrangements to ensure that I could check in early for my convenience.

Comfy and clean property, the beach is in 5 minute walking distance and there are a lot of restaurants, shops nearby. This is the 2nd time we came here and it was rather good experience again. Would book this property for the next time.

The road in front of the building has high traffic, so its pretty loud from the early morning.

Super well equipped apartment at a great location. Everything was in good shape and very clean. The hostess was easy to communicate with before and during our stay, and extraordinarily serviceminded. Strong recommendation from a Danish family with 2 children.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and well equipped, it felt very much like home. The balcony has a nice sea view and it’s sunny. There’s a roof terrace too with stunning views on the nearby beaches. Location is excellent at the heart of Los Cristianos, super close the three main beaches, one just across the road. There are plenty of good restaurants to choose from in the area and there’s a Spar supermarket just 10 meters away. Wifi was reliable and fast, which was very important to me and my bf as we had to work on some days, we were both on video calls at the same time and the connection worked perfect! Laura and her husband were the best hosts, they were very accommodating at every topic and she explained everything well on arrival. There was some drinks and snacks in the fridge which was a nice touch. Also an Italian kettle and ground coffee, that I appreciated a lot as an espresso fan. Price value is excellent and I highly recommend the place, we’re sure to be back!

Great location everything spotless in apartment. Beach literally across road and supermarket 2 doors down.Hosts there to meet us and even helped us with our cases to taxi rank on departure.Host kept us informed of everything.and was easily contactable .
