Beautiful condo right on the ocean. We were able to watch the dolphins and beautiful sunsets daily. Close to John’s Pass for shopping and restaurants. Has everything that you need for your beach stay including beach chairs and umbrella.

Beautifully updated condo with a stunning ocean view. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen. The balcony had lots of chairs to enjoy the perfect view. The location was wonderful with easy access to dining and shopping. We had a wonderful vacation.

Condo has the best balcony area with amazing views and lots of space. The condo has plenty of room, clean and convenient. The parking spots are really tight. The beach is beautiful, white sands, warm water and not crowded considering there is a public access close by. Everyone was friendly and respectful of space. Overall a wonderful family vacation on the Gulf.

Condo was great! Building appears to be older with no management onsite. Location is great! Only negative is parking. spaces are not easily accessible to enter or exit. You must maneuver around pillars and cars.

The location was perfect. The beach was just a step way. Everything was amazing. Sugest you bring some water shoes due to small broken seashells at the shoreline. Especially if you want to go for a walk.

We really loved staying at Keith's condo and at Kima with its good location within walking distance to Jon's Pass and local restaurants/shopping. The views of the beach from the deck were incredible, and we really enjoyed the extra slider and corner deck to add to the space. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. Keith was prompt and responsive when we had questions. We'd love to stay here again when we are back in the area!

Overall everything was as expected. Cooler weather than normal. It would be helpful to have TV instructions on how to use as we were not able to get them to work. Handy to have washer/dryer in unit.

Had a wonderful time at KIMA condo in Madeira Beach. Great location, great views from the large balcony(corner unit) and the condo unit had everything we needed. Have to say there is a need for some new towels, beach & regular and definitely new bed pillows. After stating that, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again. Thanks for having such a comfortable place to relax and enjoy our beach getaway.

We love this area & we were very pleased with the overall location. It is a corner unit with amazing views of the beach. We saw a fisherman catch 3 sharks in a 45 minute span the night before we left, that made my trip!!
There were a few things we were not happy with.
The floors were terribly dirty, our feet were black if we walked barefoot at all through the condo. I swept & mopped to try & make it tolerable but it did no good. Not sure why they’re so dirty but something definitely needs to be done about it. The water did not stay warm for more than 10 minutes, the water pressure was almost nonexistent too. Having 4 daughters & myself this made showering incredibly difficult.
The bedding was also not the cleanest. I stripped all of the beds & washed them because they just didn’t smell or look clean. The extra bedding had a “stale” kind of smell like it hadn’t been used or washed in quite some time.
Parking was a little difficult too, not their fault but would be a good tidbit to know.
Lastly, beware of the elevator! My daughter & husband were stuck in the elevator for about 20 minutes. Just as I finally got ahold of someone it started to move.

We had an excellent time. Sitting on balcony watching the sun come up. Watching the large variety of birds and seeing dolphins from the balcony, was interesting and entertaining. Any time of the day the birds are diving for fish. Sunsets are beautiful. We used Uber, but trolley and buses are available. Within a four mile radius you have shopping, VFW, American Legion and Johns Pass.the condo is in an excellent location. Nice flow from main entry to the balconies. Nice appliances. Good size bathrooms . No screens was disappointing but understand with hurricanes they need to be replaced each time. Would have been nice to have the big doors open. The only complaint is their cleaning. Beds need to be moved when cleaning. I would lease again but be sure to talk to owner first.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was furnished with everything we needed, the view was fantastic, & the short walk to the beach was the best. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely book again.

We had a great time! The condo was perfect and fit the description. Everything was clean and we had all that we needed for the week including towels, sheets and all kitchen utensils. I loved that there was a crockpot so that we could cook dinner and not have to worry after being out on the beach all day.

Location, proximity to beach and view are unmatched. We had an issue with the air conditioning but the owner was very responsive in getting the issue resolved. The property is very well appointed! Lots of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed! Updated and fairly clean. Parking is a bit tricky. Spots are under the building and there are cement supports close together. We got the hang of it by the end of the week, though.
My only complaint is that the water pressure in the master shower is very low. We primarily used the other shower.

The place was great. We stayed in the master room. Bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. My sister-in-law did fine little boys underwear in the other room. And mold around the bathtub. Place is Great, just needs a more through cleaning.

The property location and view are fantastic. We wished the property was cleaner as we were constantly finding long black hair in the bathrooms and towels. Owner needs to provide instructions for the threeTV remotes in the living room. We finally figured it out but owner was of no help - suggesting instead that we find someone that is familiar with working a remote! Pretty insulting. A simple paragraph or two on the wall with other instructions would have made it so much easier.

We have stayed at this complex for the last 2 years for our annual 'Sisters Trip'. One of my sisters has mobility issues so the close proximity to the beach is a must. The condo is large and the views from the wrap-around balcony are awesome. The furniture could use an update but we really enjoyed our stay.

Super easy check in and excellent communication from Keith. Terrific location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Loved the patio.. sunny in the front and shade on the side. Patio furniture very nice and comfy. Will book again.

The condo was nice. Location was great and perfect view. Keith was great. Linings needed to be replaced as some were torn pretty good. Maids need to pay more attention to shower and tub areas and the furnace filter. Family room furniture was a little worn but still comfortable. Kitchen and laundry were great. Beach chairs were pretty bad. Lots of rust that transferred over to towels and bathing suit’s. The storage room needed attention. Pool was nice. Over all it was 4 we would go back. Just some minor things that are are easily fixable to make your stay a 5.

What a great place for a family getaway! My son and family came from Kansas and rented 2 condos down the road from us but they weren’t on beach side. Because we had a beach front, everyone congregated on the beach each day and we shared meals in our beautiful condo. Plenty of room for a larger group! The wrap around patio was a blessing. Sitting out there having morning coffee or in evening just listening to the ocean waves. Or watching dolphins!
We’ll rent this one again for sure!
