We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful condo! The host was very attentive and prompt in answering our questions. The layout of the condo was really nice for 2 couples. Each of us got our own King size bed and nice balcony/view of the ocean. We do recommend this lovely condo!

We can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay here! The listing photos only provide a glimpse of how wonderful this unit is. Recently updated throughout, the place is warm, welcoming, and very clean. The ocean views are spectacular, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the full-size washer/dryer and kitchen appliances made us feel right at home. Joan and Joe were amazing hosts and filled the place with personal touches and conveniences ranging from spa-level soaps and shampoos in both bathrooms, to a fully stocked coffee bar, to a variety of baking goods, spices, etc., and even a bottle of welcome wine! We have already reserved the space for next year and look forward to many happy returns. Book today... you will NOT be disappointed!!

This is a beautiful condo with an incredible view! It is even more stunning than the photos in the listing. The grounds were well maintained as were the common areas of the buildings. Perfect layout for 4 people. We were entertained daily watching the dolphins and turtles and rabbits. Looking forward to our next visit.

The condo is gorgeous, recently renovated, very well stocked, will definitely stay again. The buildings themselves are older, owners can’t do anything about that but this owner has got to have the best unit in the four buildings. We stayed here instead of Ritz, for space, and didn’t regret it at all. We walked to Ritz each morning for breakfast.

My sister and I stayed at the condo for an extended weekend. The condo was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed for a relaxing trip was available in the unit. The unit was clean. The furniture was incredibly comfortable. It was great we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed. It's a five minute walk down the path to the beach. It's a great beach! Condo was near stores and other fun activities on Amelia Island. We (women of color) also felt safe. Others renters (or owners) were very pleasant. We look forward to returning!

My husband and I decided we needed a few days of down time. This unit unexpectedly became available. What a wonderful surprise. We wanted for nothing. We often stay in VRBO properties - and they are very nice - but this one exceeded them all.

This was the perfect spot for a beach getaway. The view, double balconies, and interior decor were absolute perfection. It was also well-stocked with all of the essentials and more. We were even greeted with fresh flowers! We really hope to stay here again.

We have stayed here before and when I opened the door it was just as clean and pristine as in the past. This property Is immaculate.
It has all of the items you would want. Snacks, a bottle of wine, jelly, oils, soap, shampoo, etc.
The best part is the view. It has a 180 view when entering through the front door. It is a hard property to leave. I will return. The owners are the best. Thank you for sharing Paradise with us.

Look no further than Villa Soleil Amelia for your vacation rental! Breathtaking views, gorgeous decor, a fully appointed kitchen, incredibly comfy beds, friendly and responsive hosts. Highlights were daily strolls along the shore while collecting shells, horseback riding, body surfing (yes the water was chilly but we enjoyed warmer than usual temps for February), feasting on delicious food at local restaurants, exploring amenities at the Ritz, relaxing on the very private balconies with cocktails and waking up to the most stunning sunrises. Thank you Joan and Joe for your hospitality and for sharing your dream villa with us! We hope to return again soon!

We had a lovely stay at Joe and Joan’s home. The condo was close to everything, very clean, and very comfortable! The views were the icing on the cake. We came during Right whale calving season and seeing a few baby whales from our balcony was a nice surprise!

This Christmas my husband and I, along with his sister, stayed at the Villa Soleil Amelia on Amelia Island. The weather was unusually cold, so we didn't venture out as much as we usually do on this beautiful island. However, the condo provided so many comforts and amenities, that we were happy to stay "home" and enjoy the luxury surrounding us.
Without a doubt, the three of us agree that this unit was the best we have visited over our many years of Christmas vacations together. And we are not alone. The guest book entries are filled with praise for the owners' attention to detail in all aspects of creating a truly amazing retreat!
We are already planning our return to the Villa Soleil Amelia some time next year.

The property is well described in the advertisement. It is beautifully decorated and the hosts have thought of just about everything. As they mention it’s probably not best for children to stay there just because of the decor of the unit. Hosts are very helpful. One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at. .

The apt. was exactly as the
pictures indicated. Hosts were very responsive. The elevator was not working during half our stay and we had to climb six stories which was extremely inconvenient…but understand it was not the fault of the owners. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return.

The condo was perfectly described - we had everything we needed and more to feel at home for our stay. Pristine is the word that comes to mind - clean, beautifully decorated, and modern. The view from the condo is gorgeous and different every day with sunrise. Owners were welcoming and helpful. Very much felt like friends we’d known forever and were visiting vs random acquaintance. Perfect location and gorgeous accommodation. So welcoming. Fully appointed kitchen and baths. Luxurious, comfy beds. The hosts also provided 4 beach chairs and an umbrella to enjoy on the very clean and uncrowded beach. Best spot on the island! Superior communication with the hosts too Can't hardly wait to go back! : )

We were very pleased with this property. We were there for a family reunion, so relatives had nine other properties rented through the three buildings. Everyone agreed that ours was the best. Great layout, well stocked and most nicely decorated. Very comfortable. We enjoyed staying there and would go back again.

We loved every minute of our trip. The property met and went above our expectations. Joan and Joe were very helpful and quick to answer my questions. My husband and our daughters played tennis daily. The tennis pro was very helpful. Amelia Island is the place to be!
