This was a perfect location with all of the amenities you would want in a beautiful home. The golf cart made getting around very easy. Nancy was very helpful with our questions.

The house is on property in Palmas del mar, close to palmanova village for restaurants. Very clean and Nancy was so helpful. About 12 minutes to Humacao as well.

This was our 3rd time staying at the villa and again thoroughly enjoyed it. Since our last trip, they have updated the furniture in the dining room and living room making it even more comfortable. Nancy as always was available for any issues, we lost power one of the days for an hour or so and power generator came on without any issues. Will be back again soon!

The pictures do it no justice…the property was absolutely gorgeous. Nancy responded within minutes with any questions that I had. If you do have teenagers though all activities are about 30-45 minutes away which isn’t very far.

We took a family trip along with grandparents to this lovely home in Palmas del Mar. The unit was spotless and every detail has been thought of. The property manager was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I can't say enough good things about this rental. We visited in the middle of summer so the pool was a welcome respite from the heat every day. Then in the evening, after dinner, we'd hit the rooftop terrace for a breezy nightcap. Again, can't say enough good things about it. We will be back soon.

Clean, modern, relaxing

This was such an amazing property! The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so much bigger than I anticipated and very beautiful. The area was already gorgeous and this place made our trip here perfect. We had 9 people in total and not a single person had a complaint. The host was very responsive and helpful, and even got back to me very late in the evening. Golf cart was the icing on the cake :)

I had a great time with my family in Nancy’s beautiful place. It was sparkling clean and full of amenities. The golf car is a plus! Is walking distance to Palmanova Plaza where you can find many restaurants and stores. I fully recommend this place!

My friends and i LOOOVEEDDD out quick getaway!! Nancy was BEYOND amazing and very accommodating when our flight was canceled. The house was much better than the pictures online. PLEASE BELIEVE ME!! We stayed in the pool majority of the time, then we decided to give the Golf cart a try and stumbled upon HEAVEN!! The beach, the marina, the bar, the beautiful community!! We will be coming back and I'll be recommending this place to everyone!! Thanks Nancy 😊

We loved our time in Palmas Del Mar. It was great to have a golf cart for getting around. The pool was wonderful and came with a heater to get the water temperature just right. The generator for the property was useful for the few hours the power went out (the generator turns on and off automatically). Nancy was very helpful for our infant, finding us a high chair and Pack-N-Play. The rental is near Palmanova plaza which is good and bad: good in that you are close to shops and a market, bad in that it can be busy nearby the rental into the night (the primary suite was the one facing the street so the room my infant was in was not affected). Overall, our stay was great and I would book again.

We had a wonderful stay in Palmas del Mar for a friends wedding. The villa was very clean and was a good location to get to restaurants. The golf cart was ideal for getting around without requiring the need for a rental car. The generator came in handy when the power went out for a few hours the one day we were there. The generator was a bit loud, but it was better than not having power. The pool area is very convenient. I would recommend the property to others looking for a spacious area in the Palmas area.

Really nice rental. Palmas Del Mar is a great beach community. The golf cart was a bonus. Close to several great locations (El Yunque, beaches in Maunabo & Patillas, and Humacao has everything needed for shopping/groceries. Do not recommend for people who have trouble with stairs as you will need to utilize the stairs to access the various levels of the property.

We stay at Nancy’s property on January 28-February 4, 2023. The property was fabulous. The property was clean and very well stocked the the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the location close to the Plaza so we could walk there. We also loved the pool and the roof top deck. The property also had the golf cart was great for getting around. We asked to go to the Palmas Beach Club and Nancy was able to get us in for the day. I have stayed in other properties in Palmas and this one was the best by far.

I will just say that this home has everything including as the listing says a power generator which came in handy when the power was gone for almost 6 hours on saturday. To us it was like nothing happened the generator worked perfectly. The golf cart was a plus for my daughter and her friends, and the private pool was nice. Kitchen well equipped. In summary if the property is available BOOK IT

This townhome is inside a gated community, and it is very clean. My daughters liked the golf cart, my sister liked the rooftop porch, and I loved the small private pool. It is walking distance to a building with shops and restaurants. We rented a car for day trips. I would like to return to next year and rent the same townhome again because it was so nice!

This was perfect for the family at Christmas time. Nancy was wonderful and would respond anytime we needed her. The place was clean and wonderful. We loved the pool and had lots of space. Thank you so much for making our trip perfect.

Our stay was amazing, while we did not spend a lot a time in the villa other than to sleep. The golf cart and pool were great add ons for the lazy day. Nancy was great very responsive to questions and for any issues.

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is clean and well maintained.

Our stay was so awesome. It was suitable for our family of 5, kids ranging from 8-14. We loved the modern, yet comfortable feel inside the home. It was roomy enough for us to spread out when desired, and able to join together for family movie and game night. The resort the unit is located in is nice and sought after and the Plaza mall (restaurants and mini market) across the street helped a lot with some meals outside the home. Master bedroom was spacious and the bed was terrific. Kids rooms nicely appointed as well. The fact this unit has its own private pool was top notch, and the golf cart came in handy often. Oh, and the manager communication was quick and helpful. We loved our stay here, despite any nay-sayers previously, we loved the unit. You and your family will too!

Esta propiedad es excelente. Divina, muy comoda, baños limpios, amplia, cocina moderna, excelente señal de wifi, localizaciòn, incluye carrito de golf esto es un super +. Pero lo mejor es la atencion de Nancy, excelente prontitud a cualquier duda. En resumen, me hubiese gustado estar más tiempo.

Renting this house for my family and I was a great choice it was spacious and comfortable for all of us the pool was great it was easy to get in and out of the house the only problem we encountered was the water pressure in the master bathroom and one of the sink was clog but other than that the place was great I would recommend

The key reasons we chose the property were the location, pool and added benefit of the golf cart: these would have us coming back again. Communication with the host was flawless. The house has tons of space and is in easy walking distance of many restaurants. The kitchen outfitting, extra towels (even beach towels), beach chairs, coolers, toiletries and many more niceties and necessities were all there and we were so appreciative. The only "but" would be that the home is slowly getting to a point were it wants for a little refresh. Let me be clear; we would stay here again, and with just a little TLC this is a 5 star all the way!

It started off rocky. No hot water, pool not working. The property manager was helpful in getting someone out the next day to teach me how to use the pool and got the hot water working. Then the power went out. Thankful that there was a generator but the power outage knocked out the hot water for a second straight night. After outage the pool had issues again. Pool Tech came again and stated the pool filters needed to be cleaned. Probably something that should be checked more often. Last night of our stay, the house was broken into and people got into our bedrooms while we slept and stole our wallets, our rental car keys and drove off with our rental car. Make sure you speak Spanish because finding personnel at the local Police who speak English is like finding a needle in a haystack. Took hours before the police showed up. Local Security was a joke. Don’t trust all the security gates they just let anyone into the Resort Town. And the owner and property manager could learn from this experience because they were trying to kick us out of the house so they could get the next rental party in the house that was just burglarized. Turns out across the street from the rental Villa is the local drug spot. Neighbor informed me that it was commonplace to have people hanging outside where my car was parked at all hours of the night and then having to clean up their garbage and drug Paraphernalia routinely. The security system for the rental DOES NOT WORK. The cameras, sensors on the windows and doors DO NOT WORK and we’re deactivated by the owner of the property. My advice for anyone staying here is to hide your valuables and lock your bedroom doors whenever you sleep. I can assure you all the doors were locked and they still managed to get in. This was a terrible experience so I warn anyone staying here. The house itself was actually really nice. Just had some minor issues with the pool and the hot water was fine when we didn’t have power issues that had nothing to do with the house, but with Puerto Rico’s failing electrical system. The generator was great and kept the lights on. I just feel that having the security system deactivated was a major let down. And local security is a joke. If you think like I did, that having a gated community be safe, you’ll let your guard down too much. Remember to stay diligent with your safety at all times if you stay here. I wish you all luck and pray you don’t have to deal with the situation we did.

Loved the safety and convenience of the gated community….great proximity to shops and restaurants. Golf Cart was fantastic to get to around. The many balconies, and pool area were perfect places to relax. We definitely want to return. Thank you to our host Nancy, everything was as promised and then some!
