Homeowner has thought of everything, we had everything we needed and more.

We usually don't stop going on vacation to rest. But I planned this one for only ready. It was amazing and for once myself and my daughter got along the entire time. Perfect location for our stay. Abundant deer to watch was a plus in the yard.

Stayed with family and everyone had a great time

Had a gathering with my husband, sister, her fiancé, and my cousin-in-law. It was the perfect size for us. We had a lot of fun playing lots of board games, floating the River, watching Charley Crockett at Whitewater, etc. ACs are all throughout the house, perfect for us! Parking is a little tricky, but you’re on a hill, so it’s expected. Super close, like walking distance, to the canyon lake boat ramp. Super close to Brookshire Bros for groceries. Kitchen is great size with lots of counter space. Perfect if you want to cook during your stay. Some issues with house keeping but raised these concerns with the owner who will address it. Will be returning!

We had a great stay at Dala Hus. The porches and the view are amazing. I had my tea on the porch every morning and it was so relaxing. The whole family enjoyed our time at Canyon Lake and we can’t wait to go back!

The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 8. We especially loved our morning coffee on the patio and seeing the occasional deer. The lake was just down the road as was the Guadalupe River. We had the best time.

We found this property a perfect fit for our vacation and owner was very easy to contact and pleasant to work with. Thank you for our stay and accommodating our dogs to come along with us! We will look to be back again in the future.

The house was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views of the Hill Country all around us. It was a very short drive to one of the boat ramps for Canyon Lake or a beautiful walk to take in the wildlife with deer all around us. The Denison’s are superb hosts; far and away the most accommodating hosts we’ve had to date. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone!

The house was nice and clean. It has a beautiful moutain view . Overrall we had a great time there.

We rented this house to see a show at Whitewater Amphitheater. Perfect location and the house was wonderful. 5 minutes from venue. We also went on a great Hike around the lake & close by. The views from the porches is lovely and the house had everything we could have needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had plenty of fluffy towels and shampoo, conditioner and soap. I really wish we could have stayed longer as there were many fun things to do near by with the river and the lake and New Braunfels so close. We were surprised to find a ping pong table in the garage but only had time to play a few games. Next time we come to see a show I hope we are able to rent this house again and stay longer!

Kids loved it great location will be back.

Wonderful stay! We will definitely be back. It was a great get away to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy some beautiful sunsets on the covered porch.

We absolutely loved the home! Was clean and very nice with plenty of room. Would have loved to have more info on best lake access points or fishing spots, google wasn’t that helpful. We would def recommend to others!

Dala Hus was the best getaway for our group of 7 friends from college. We found everything we could’ve possibly needed and more (including tubes when the tube rentals were closed due to COVID!!) Marlys was sweet and helpful.

The home was so beautiful and the porch on both levels was our favorite part. The air wasn't working downstairs and Marlys communicated this with us beforehand as well as paid for our dinner so we could be out of the house during the heat of the day. Such a fabulous host and stay!

The house is exactly as shown, however the view really sells this place! From every window you really get to appreciate the natural beauty surrounding this adorable and well kept home. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again

Parking was a little tricky but house was beautiful

This place was so clean and had everything and more. We had a blast out on the lake. Stunning views from the porches, little too hot to be out during the day, but we were out at the lake most afternoons. Loved this property!

Amazing place.

The bright and open house is literally one minute from Canyon Lake. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you might need. The open kitchen and excellent porches were a highlight. Every detail was considered. One bedroom and bathroom is located on the upper level with kitchen and living areas. This was perfect for my older parents as they did not have to use the stairs. Two bedrooms, a bath, and patios are located downstairs.

This house was just what we were looking for! Clean, comfortable and beautiful. Would definitely stay again and again!

It was amazing

We came up for a weekend of boating and had a blast. The house was nicer than we thought it was going to be. Boat ramp just down the street

The House was perfect for me and a few friends to spend the long weekend at the lake. Everything was very clean, Marlys was very helpful and communicated very well with us. There was a boat ramp within walking distance to the lake, the location could not have been better!

We had a wonderful time on our short stay over spring break. The home was very accommodating for all of our needs. My 2 teenage Children loved all the wild deer that would walk around in the evening and morning time.

My family spent our spring break here. Super nice environment and convenient to get to most places. The house had all of the amenities and very comfortable.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing Thanksgiving weekend at this amazing property, can’t wait to visit again.
