Just a nice little spot. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Clean and roomy. Great beach access and plenty of beach space. We enjoyed our stay here.

Had high hopes for the price paid but it was a let down. One elevator worked the entire 8 days. No water pressure ran out of hot water by the time 2nd person took shower. Coffee still on counter from previous renter. Cardboard placed under microwave as shelf. Microwave was also dirty.

We had a great time staying at Island Inn on Treasure Island,Fl. The room was clean and comfortable for two.
The view was second to none. The time we spent at the beach was wonderful and so convenient to walk out to the beach. The sunsets were priceless and full of colors. iTrip was awesome in helping us with any question or needs that we had. I would definitely use iTrip again and stay at Island Inn.

The unit was the filthiest place I have ever stayed! Upon opening the door the stench was overwhelming.
Cleaning crew obviously did only the minimum. Floors and furniture were very dirty. It was obvious the floor hasn’t been cleaned in years. I did get a look at a couple other units and they were clean and inviting.

When are you going in that it was Memorial day so we knew it was going to be busy down there. Until Saturday it was pretty much quiet considering. We had to pull to ourselves for a couple of hours before it got really busy. I concern when it started to fill up was that it seemed like there were a lot of people coming off the beach that weren't you in staying there so they could go to the Tiki Bar. One guy brought in a cooler even though they're not allowed that was full of white Claws and they were getting so drunk. There were children there but they didn't stay long.

Great view my wife and I loved having coffee in the morning looking at the beach and ocean. Very comfortable bed. The room is just the way it looks in the pictures. Great location. Pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures. We never used the pool. Enjoyed the chairs and umbrella provided with the unit. All the employees work at Island Inn were friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent same unit.

The condo had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I. We didn’t explore the island much. We just went to the beach and tiki bar. It was a nice relaxing long weekend that we needed.

Room was very clean. We were on the 2nd floor with a fantastic view of the gulf from our balcony. We knew there was construction going on but all the workers and the management were polite and very accommodating. We had an issue with the hot water in our shower. A plumber installed a new part and it was fixed within 48 hours.The shower was nice and hot with great pressure. The tile on the bathroom floor needs replacing. The bathroom and kitchen were pretty small but we made it work. The heated pool and tiki bar were such an amazing surprise! Pool and the exterior of the building are completely redone. Very beautiful. Construction equipment took up some parking spaces. We initially had to park across the street but were able to move our car closer to the condo pretty quickly afterwards. Walking distance to so many excellent restaurants, bars and a Publix which is .6 miles away. We hope to return!

Other than the dirty floors and walls; the peeling laminate in the drawers; there is only one chair on the patio that is away from the air conditioner which is a killer sitting next to. The views are marvelous and the location is fantastic. Only real complaint is that the property manager is being paid too much for the cleanliness of the individual condo

I truly enjoyed my stay here. I loved the large bed right up next to the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was exactly what I wanted. I appreciated the kitchen amenities from the microwave to microwave oven. I didn’t realize they were beach chairs in the closet until I was leaving but that was a nice touch and available if I needed them. The beach was literally steps from my room as soon as I went down the stairs and out the door. There was also a pool that I didn’t use, but it was available if I wanted . I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and slept great on the bed.
Everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to treasure island! Yes, Island Inn is going through some major renovations (which we were made aware of ahead of time) but it truly wasn't a bother. Everyone working there was a joy to work with. The view was amazing and the beach was not overwhelmingly busy like further up and down the coast! The 2 men working with the cabanas and chairs at the beach were awesome too! Communication with the iTrip staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Island Inn. It was just what we were looking for. Steps away from the beach, clean and a great place to recharge. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. They are going to be completing some outside renovations and I can’t wait to see the new and improved exterior. We would definitely go back to this quiet, beach paradise.

Awesome location on the beach with a spectacular view. My husband, 5 year old daughter, and I had a great time here. The provided sand toys were a nice surprise for my daughter to build a sandcastle on the beach. The tiki bar downstairs makes yummy frozen drinks you can sip while relaxing by the pool. My only complaint (which is minor and doesn’t affect my overall review) is that the pullout sofa didn’t have any sheets or bedding. We found some extra sheets for the king size bed in one of the closets and made those work for my daughter to be able to sleep on the pullout sofa- luckily, she had packed her own blanket.

Excellent location. Few issues not sure if it was the grout from the tiles or the floor dirty but had to wipe feet off every time we went into the bed. The microwave didn’t have the turntable glass so we couldn’t use it and the coffee maker was very dirty. Overall good stay and would recommend going here.

The property had a beautiful view. The room was ready early, so we got to check in by 2 instead of waiting until 4. The location was ok, not much going on except for a couple of bars.
The property was nice, but the room itself was not clean. It was very dusty. The stove was left filthy. The bathroom floors were dirty. The lamp shades and wall decorations were covered in dust. There’s no way it sleeps 4. We also had a late flight going home, and the front desk did not hold our luggage. I think with a little TLC it would be a better stay.

The unit had a beautiful view of the ocean. Location was great for dining and relaxing. The unit itself needed a deep cleaning and some updates. Food crumbs under the bed, soap marks still on the sink from previous guests, spills around refrigerator, and shower/bath was not clean. Hair and mildew on and around shower door/floor which needed a good bleach or scrubbing. I had to clean myself just to be comfortable.

The Condo was fine but the bathroom had mold at the base of the shower door and corners of the shower. Nothing a little bleach won’t take care of. Otherwise it was great.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights. Upon arrival, the room had a very heavy smoke smell although there are “no smoking” signs posted everywhere on the property. The counters were dirty to the touch, floors were dirty, shower had a wad of hair in the drain and along the walls, as well as a dirty shower door and mold in the shower. Hair and ponytail holders in the drawer in the bathroom. The room itself was nice, small, but nice and good for what we used it for. Majority of our day was spent on the beach or out and about. The bed was comfortable and the air worked great. The view of the beach is beautiful and lots of good places to eat, some within walking distance. I’m not quite sure I’d stay here again due to how dirty it was, but with some good cleaning, I would recommend the room/area. We enjoyed our stay, so aside from the cleanliness, I’d give this stay a 4/5.

We checked in on Friday and left on Tuesday. The check-in process was really easy just like you would check in at any other hotel. The room was clean for the most part the only thing that wasn't clean was the microwave but that's okay. We did have a leak in the bathroom sink which was fixed the same day we contacted I trip. The view from the balcony was amazing in the beach was not crowded at all we will be staying again.

All the positives of this property far outweighed the negatives. We would definitely come back again.
