The house was very clean and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

This was a wonderful little house that was perfect for our stay. Within an hour of Yellowstone, which isn't bad for out there. And so close to all things Cody. We walked to anything we wanted to do in Cody, which is an amazing town. The people are friendly and so helpful. I would stay there again! Thanks for letting us have a "home" while er were there.

This spot is even better than the photos - clean, modern, and comfortable! The location can't be beat both for walking downtown and getting to Yellowstone, and we loved sitting out on the patio. Josh was a great host - very responsive, friendly, and he had great recommendations for local spots when I talked with him over the phone. A great home base for relaxing and exploring!

This is a great house, spacious, in a great location within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Joshua was quick with answering any questions we had.

When we first arrived at the house our thoughts were wow this is small. But once inside we were pleasantly surprised. The entire inside has been remodeled and done well. The master bedroom is huge with a comfortable king bed. Great bathroom with walk-in shower for two. The kitchen is more than adequately stocked with nice cookware. We really liked the ability to walk out on the front deck and enjoy meals and drinks everyday. We contacted Josh the owner with a couple of questions and he as immediately responsive. It was also great to be able to use the one stall garage to park my motorcycle inside. The close location to downtown was probably the best feature. All the drinking and only a short walk back to the house! Overall a great stay.

Very nice rental. I have been going to Cody for well over 30 years. I have always stayed at a hotel so it was nice to have some extra living space. I could see the mountains from the front window. Will definitely stay here again

This house was perfect for us--very comfortable and equipped with everything needed. Great location--close to everything in town and all attractions like Yellowstone, Chief Joseph Scenic Byway and the Wild Horses. This is a gem of a property! Clean, a short walk to everything in downtown Cody. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The place is stocked with everything you could need. The description is spot on! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Josh is very accommodating and easy to get in contact with.

This property was exactly as described. The house is clean and freshly remodeled. We found the kitchen well stocked. The bed was very comfortable, and the window air conditioning unit kept the house cool after being shut up all day while we were at the parks. I would not hesitate for one second to stay here again.

We had a great time visiting Cody, Wyoming. This property did not disappoint. It was clean and the inside has been totally redone. The beds were comfortable and the location is fabulous. I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Cody.

If you are thinking nothing is perfect, you'd be wrong. Outfitted with everything you need. Special emphasis on remodeled kitchen & bath with dbl. sinks & lg. walk-in shower. Lg. bedroom w/king bed & huge closet. Deck in dog friendly, fenced, shaded & grassed yard w/view of mts. in west. Walking distance to just about everything for your exercise thing. It was very nice apartment. We unable to use the yard, however there was nice dog parks nearby.

This property is accurately described. This was our second stay in Cody, and first time at this property. This time we did not have a rental car, (family in town) it was very easy to walk to anything we needed in town, we were able to walk to any restaurant we chose, except Cassie's (which is a must when in town). Ample room for two, four people would have worked too. Nicely updated and had anything we needed. Josh was easy to communicate with, we ended up arriving a day early and the home was not rented so we were able to check in early, he was also able to accommodate us staying an extra hour for check-out as our flight was later in the day. It is a slow time of year in Cody, so such accommodations might not be available at the busier times. For us, quiet Cody is the best time, not everything is still open but what is open is adequate. We ended up at this home for 9 nights and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Some reviews had nitpicky stuff, just ignore those- this is one of the better rentals in Cody! We will definitely inquire about this property for our next stay!!! Thanks Josh! Off the beaten path restaurants that are within a block or two- The Local, Juniper, and Trailhead- all new to us on this trip and were fabulous! Make sure not to miss the Buffalo Bill Center of the West Museum!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Cody. The accommodations were exactly as described. The 2 bedroom / 1 bath was completely renovated. The house was clean and stocked well in the kitchen and bath. The home owner was always accessible and easy to work with, although we needed very little. The town of Cody was wonderful, a small town America with a very safe homey atmosphere. We could walk to the small downtown area for coffee or to eat, to the concert in the outdoor area in the park every Thursday evening (the owner had folding chairs available) or in the quaint neighborhood for exercise. It was a couple of blocks to the high school which appeared to have excellent facilities for sports. There were deer and rabbits in the yard and neighborhood almost every day. It was an easy drive to many tourist areas, like Yellowstone, Tetons, Beartooth Highway but yet far enough away to escape the crowds. We saw an abundance of wildlife, like bears, bison, antelopes, eagles, moose, etc. The scenery was spectacular. What a wonderful area to visit and place to stay. Highly recommended.
