Prachtige kamer; ruim, schoon, netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Mooie ruimte om te ontbijten en gezellige buitenruimte om te genieten van de zon. Heerlijk vers ontbijt klaargemaakt door de eigenaar. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Ondenkbaar dat er iets negatiefs te melden is.

absolutely amazing, if I could give the place an 11/10 I would. the hosts were incredible, the place was clean. it was such a treat to have a gym. however, I am an early riser- the pastries at the cafe (where breakfast was served) only were ready at 9am, this was a bit annoying for me but I just went to another cafe. If you are going to ostuni, do not hesitate to book. great value for money

Completely exceeded our expectations. The place was modern and clean plus it had all the amenities you need. Great proximity to shops, restaurants and the old town. They also provide great recommendations and answered our questions at anytime. Amazing place and we plan to book again on our next visit and recommend to all our friends and family.

perfect location, beautiful large room with linen sheets on the comfortable bed. fabulous breakfast including fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice and some of the best croissants I have ever had. Simone and Luca are perfects hosts with great communication.

The hosts (Simone and his mom) are extremely nice and accommodating on my requests (including check-in and check-out as I arrived late evening and left at dawn). My room and common areas are spacious. Location is a few minutes away from the center of the old town and there are nearby restaurants, supermarket, etc.

the property is well located, clean and comfortable and the family who run it are friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed staying at the property as it was comfortable, well positioned and convenient but don’t expect to cook evening meals there. This wasn’t an issue for us as there are several delicious trattorias around. Breakfast was prepared each morning along with a homemade cake which was served on the first day.

The most gracious host made a different breakfast each morning. Always fresh squeezed Orange juice and cappuccino. Pecorino, honey and pears one day…always a surprise. The place was immaculate and in the best location!!

Stylish and spotlessly clean, this well located property also includes a fantastic breakfast. The bed and bedding were of best quality so we slept well. Simone was a great communicator and we appreciated Lucia’s homemade chocolate cake.

We had a wonderfull stay. Simone was the perfect host and speaks very well English. Every day we had a very tastfull breakfast with local specialities, homemade marmelade and fruits. It is the perfect location to discover this beautiful region.
If i have to give a remark it is that the beds are having a really hard mattress, too hard for me. But maybe that's a personal preference

Lucia and Simone are lovely hosts, the breakfast is delicious. Amazing roof terrace, and only a 5 minute walk from the main square of Ostuni.

the breakfasts were excellent and different each day. the room was very comfortable. Simone was an excellent host. The terrace area was good too.
the wi-fi wasn't always available but that wasn't necessarily a fault with the accomodation.

We enjoyed everything about this place. We felt as if we were at home. The room was cosy and very comfortable (we slept very well). The breakfast was perfect (it was very good and in large quantities). Last but not least: Simone and his mother are lovely people, who made sure we weren't missing of anything. They also shared very good recommendations.

Lucia and Simone were wonderful hosts. We appreciated the wonderful fresh breakfast each day, always with a lovely variety of local produce. Access to the upper terrace and communal area were a bonus. Thanks Lucia for looking after us. Catherine and Kevin, Melbourne, Australia

Simone is really helpful and his mother is lovely. Both are great! They gave us good tips, the b&b was recently renovated! The breakfast was perfect!
