Loved the bamboo theme and beautiful stained glass! Jibber was so friendly and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. The beds were comfy, but the showers were amazing, super water pressure!! Close proximity to everything! The only downfall was the sewer construction that had the road tore up. Overall we would definitely book again!!

Our stay at Jibberville was fantastic! The house has all the comforts of home and the perfect location to all the fun! We started each morning with coffee on the deck facing stunning Laguna Bay or a quick walk over to the beach just before sunrise. We enjoyed the island attractions including The Original Dolphin Watch and EcoTour, SPI Birding and Nature Center, Sea Turtle, Inc., and the Port Isabel Lighthouse. We loved hanging out with local artists at the Art Studio on the main drag. We walked to the Entertainment District for music and loved Laguna Bob’s! They really do have the “best ceviche on the planet!” But… the absolute best part of the trip was hanging out at Jibberville. So relaxing! The absolutely best sunsets at the end of the road and we so enjoyed the fireworks from both the deck and the end of the road! Jibber and Laura were the perfect hosts and loved that we had them so close to help us and answer questions! He even has all the water fun you can rent or take lessons right there on property! I will definitely recommend this house to all my friends heading to SPI in the future!

Love staying at this house. It is centrally located, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and things to do Can launch kayaks into the lagoon just half a block away. About 5 blocks away to the public beach. Or straight down the main road to the bigger area of the beach. The owners were great to talk to, great with communication I would have to say, “ A must stay.”

The house has a great quiet location with everything you would need. Paul is a wonderfully attentive host. It is a spacious house with a large deck with a limited view of the laguna. It is in easy walking distance to the grocery store and many restaurants.

Very clean place, great location. Very good communication with Paul. Could use some updates, furniture is not the best to relax on. Had a few bumps in the road with our stay, but Paul did his best to help get thru it. Thanks Paul!

We only have good things to say about our 6 week stay here. Jibber and Laura take great care of their property and their guests. The house was clean and comfortable and the outside landscaping was beautiful....we loved the tropical flowers and plants. Thanks for making us feel at home. We would definitely stay again.

Would stay at Paul’s again!

We had a great stay at Paul’s property! I’d say that the accommodations are best fitting for a group of four, but the six of us that came had a great time and loved the place. Jibber was very communicative and kind, overall it was fantastic!

The property was nice n clean. The owner came over to give us a rundown and give us keys when we got there. Had mostly everything we needed for living the good life. Pretty calm and quiet unless you like to sleep in there may be someone mowing close by, bring ear plugs. May need to bring first aide kit if you think you might need it. Grocery store close by so that is very helpful. Internet wi-fi went out a couple times but came back quickly. Owner kept in contact with us to let us know about boil water notice from the city. Tons of towels, blankets, pillows, patio space and AC. Will definitely go back

Picture can don’t show how nice this property is. It truly felt like home away from home. Had everything my family I needed for our stay. Truly walking distance for food, beach, groceries and shopping. House was so clean and taken care of.

We came to SPI to celebrate our anniversary and a friend's destination wedding. We really enjoyed the property Jibber has, quite, clean, comfortable. This house was close to everthing We needed and centrally located to to anything in the area to do. We had fireworks from our deck and beautiful sun sets at the end of the road over Laguna Madrea. The Gulf is about 3 blocks away. Stores and resturants in close proximity to the property. Jobber lives right next door to help you with any information for around the area. We would come back again and stay here , very relaxed and very comfortable. Thank you Jibber and Laura for a very fun time.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time! Pictures don't do this place justice. There is a ridiculous amount of closet space throughout the house. Open floor plan was great. Our family loved watching fireworks from the deck and being able to walk down to see beautiful sunsets on the bay. Can't wait to plan our trip next year.

This place as perfect for our trip to SPI. Clean, comfy, and had all the things we needed for a week on the island. Walking distance to the bay, beach, groceries, and bus system. Laundry on site, and a kitchen ready for cooking. Jibber was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend the host and the property.

We stayed with our older kids it’s walking distance to anywhere you want to go. It’s big enough for 6 and so nice they have everything there you need to cook clean towel and bedding. Let the girls in when they were locked out . Was nice to have them so close. Thanks for letting us stay in your home we all had a great time.

This is a wonderful property. We enjoyed the 2nd floor deck to watch fireworks. The owners are wonderful to work with, great with communication and ease of check in. The house is comfortable and spacious, just perfect for a small group. Very well supplied with what you may need. Just as advertised! Would highly recommmend!

Jibber’s home was everything we had hoped for with a month long rental: roomy, quiet, great location, storage space galore, partial view of Laguna, bright, very clean, large deck, on-site laundry. We have reserved again.

South Padre Island has been the best beach experience in memory. A chill, laid back community, great kite surfing conditions, amazing sunny warm December weather, great seafood and groceries, and Space-X within eyeshot! We're already plotting to come back, and hope that Jibber can fit us in the schedule. This property has ideal for our wants and needs, the large garage a real plus for sorting out our kite gear, Jibber and Laura wonderful hosts, great sunsets over the Laguna Madre. Really bums us out to leave. . .

A nice stay for a nice price.

This was our second stay at this property and we absolutely love it. Close to beach access, restaurants and stores. Very comfortable and peaceful stay.

Unbelievable location (1 block to free transit, 3 blocks to restaurants (in more than 1 direction), and even less distance to start shopping). I couldn't have wished for anything more. We will consider this our home away from home whenever we return, and after this, I hope it to be yearly. I can't believe it took me this long to get there, but it will not be the last time, guaranteed!

This place was perfect for our family! Everything we needed was available to us there on the property. The deck was great to be out on to see the surrounding area. We even had a perfect view from the deck with a firework show that went on one night. Would stay again!
