Very small, smaller than a hotel room. Booked as apartment but definitely not an apartment. Even no space for a toilet door, so they put a sliding door. Bathroom shower side has only half partition so the water splatter wets the rest of Bathroom. Had only one small shampoo bottle for toiletries. Rain shower head, most of holes blocked. Kettle but no tea bags or coffee. Even no cups in my room. When leaving I spoke to the owner that what he has advertised is totally different but he refused to accept and said this is eco-apartment. Well this is something new for me.

Odalar’da bir bölüm açık mutfak olarakta kullanılabilmekte . Fakat bana alsancağın ortasındayken yemek vs olayına girmek saçma geldi . Kalite önceliğiniz ile uzun yıllar hizmet vermeniz dileklerimle her şey için teşekkürler.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen in room #510. Bright and airy. Wonderful location near public transport, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Paid 51 euros for one night.

Wi-Fi was spotty when I was there. Guest in the room next door woke me up at 2 am to tell me that she had no hot water. I told her she couldn't have mine and asked her to leave. She did.

The room was super clean and modern, really comfy bed and super big bathroom and rain shower head, everything was really clean and it had a kitchen which made it easy to prepare food with all the essential ingredients. It was a great value for money and was a lovely room.

Check in process was painful, the man didn’t seem to have our booking? We had to tell him all the details and how much to charge us which seemed weird. The hotel is also above a busy cocktail bar and it is SO LOUD, it feels like you are right outside the bar that’s how loud it is, it’s weird because all the windows and doors were shut but it was still so loud. The location of the place is also quite dodgy, in the back alleys of Izmir we saw multiple prostitutes on the corners of the streets which made us feel really unsafe. We made sure we weren’t out too late as we did not want to run into these people as they were literally outside our hotel. The hotel also doesn’t tell you how to get into the place when reception isn’t there so we took a while to figure out how to get in after hours.

The room is nice, we loved it that's why we wanted it the next week when we came back to Izmir, but the problem was that we reserved it at the front desk not with booking. We told the receptionist that we wanted the same room or a room with balcony. We paid and everything but when we came back, the room that they gave us didn't have the balcony that we asked for and they couldn't give us another room. We end up staying at an other hotel.

It is very difficult to evaluate this property. It is in an excellent central location three minutes from the station and trams and the staff are quite lovely plus there is a craft shop/workshop on the ground floor. Apartments are modern but there is a problem with cleaning an maintenance as below.

The problem is mainly cleanliness. When we arrived, the fridge, microwave and hob were filthy and the balcony (one squre metre!!) was littered with fag ends. We complained and a member of staff was provided who undertook an extensive cleaning operation to our specification. There is a double bed but the bed sheets do not fit. The air conditioning unit is right abive the bed instead of being on the opposite wall as is more normal, so you are trying to sleep in a cold draught.The ice box section of the fridge cannot be used as it is completely full of ice and seriously overdue for defrosting. We had to ask for knives as the cutlery was inadeqate.The shower head is of the square waterfall type but it is damaged and water did not flow properly resulting in water all over the floor. The tiles are water stained; white walls have black marks on them and I do feel that with a deep clean and good maintenance this would be worth much higher ratings.

The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. I traveled to other cities in Turkey while staying at this hotel and the cleaning staff took care of my plants too!
