The breakfast was fine and tasty. Prime location is easier to travel everywhere cultural places, temples, stupas, etc.

The rooms are very good for the price range - spacious and comfortable, has a heater/AC. My room was clean, and the beds are very comfy. Great value for money. The location is great, within a short walking distance to the Maya Devi temple and other monasteries within the development zone. The young lady on the front desk is extremely friendly and welcoming, and very helpful.

The breakfast is average, not really many options and it’s not clear what’s actually available. The restaurant is what lets the place down, no one seems to eat there despite the hotel being full (according the booking.com) so there’s no atmosphere. The food itself is fine and I enjoyed itX but the young guys working there are a bit lazy. There needs to be a ban on spitting in the restaurant area - I appreciate that spitting in public is normal in Nepal but it’s not pleasant (or hygienic) to hear staff spitting when you’re eating. It wasn’t a one off, I could hear them every time I ate there. Could do with providing a bucket and squeezy in the bathroom to wash down and clear water after a shower.

The location was great. Very easy to walk into the Lumbini cultural area. The room and common spaces were all clean. The breakfast was decent.

The menu was very limited for dinner so it's probably best to eat dinner somewhere else.

I consider it to be heavily overpriced. the same quality of rooms and service can be found in direct neighbourhood for the half of money paid. average rate in lumbini is 2000npr

Fantastic location near the bus station and to the Maya Devi temple. Professional staff. There is a restaurant at the property, which is a plus.

The property is a little dated. Towels & sheets are freshly washed but visibly stained.

We were not able to get a double room. The photo used for the hotel is misleading as it shows a corner of the garden. The room is not at all like that.

The staff was very nice. They also helped us to book a taxi for Kushinagar.
