I recently stayed at Aparthotel Luzern that had an unconventional setup without a traditional reception area. At first, I was skeptical about the absence of a reception, but my concerns were quickly put to rest. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions and. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Expensive restaurants in the neighbourhood as everywhere in Switzerland. 2 salads, 2 beers and chicken nuggets for our kid 92€.

Brand new, spotlessly clean, well-equipped studio flat. Lovely and quiet. No air con, but nice and cool in the building. Real treat to have all English tv channels!Underground parking spacious and bright. All areas accessible with code pad. Highly recommended.

The proximity to the farm we were visiting!

We were already for the second time in this aparthotel. The apartment was well-equipped, including basic kitchenware, and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and the wifi was working at sufficient speed. We appreciated the underground free parking. Although the number of parking slots is limited, we were always able to find a free one.

This time, we did not receive any entry pin code (which is necessary to enter the parking or the apartment) and realized it just when arrived. So, we had to call the aparthotel (of course, not for free) to find it out, but they told us the code immediately without any delays.

The room was equipped with everything needed for cooking and dinning. Worth the money. Great parking availabilities in underground garage.

They are displaying 1 living Room, 1Bedroom and a Kitchen. But it's an apartment with no separation with the doors for living and bedroom.

The rest was perfect. Excellent appartment + good location.

The entrance code to the hotel (from booking.com) I got by e-maol too late after arriving.

The apartment had almost everything that we needed (although it should have air conditioner and all apartments should have an oven) and the locationaqsx was perfect to drive around in the countryside. The landscape was beautiful.

My complaints refer to the apartments on the lower floor. I chose this hotel because it is in the middle of the countryside. I was expecting to have a relaxing weekend but instead I got sleepless nights. Our window was right next to the hotel entrance and whenever someone was coming in or out of it their voices would sound as if they were speaking next to our bed, and the door opening and closing woke me up every time (it took me a while to get used to the fact that the door opening outside sounded as loud as if it was opening in our apartment, so I was scared every time because I thought that someone was breaking in). The only solution that I found to this problem was closing the window, but because there is no air conditioner I had to stand up several times in the night to let some air in because we were boiling. Definitely not what I expected. I asked for a room change but apparently they didn’t have any rooms available. The other thing that made our stay less pleasant was the fact that, even though I asked the property if they had ovens in their rooms and they said yes, when we got there there was no oven. This was important because the restaurant that is nearby was closed for most of the days that we were there and the hotel does not offer any breakfast, so we had planned ahead and had bought some pastry to bake during the mornings. We were left without breakfast. I will not be coming back to this place.
