Como se puede ver en los pocos comentarios, somos bastante nuevos en el alquiler en Panama City Beach, por lo que estamos descontando nuestras tarifas este año para que las cosas se establezcan en PCB. . Un testimonio de la calidad de las otras propiedades que hemos enumerado en VRBO es que todas tienen calificación FIVE STAR VRBO (dos en Puerto Vallarta, México y una en la playa de Oregón).
1) TIDEWATER RESORT REQUIERE QUE EL ARRENDATARIO REGISTRADO TENGA UN MÍNIMO DE 25 AÑOS DE EDAD -
UN invitado mayor de 25 años por cada DOS personas menores de 25 años.
2) Hay una tarifa de REGISTRO de $ 35 (más impuestos) al registrarse. Recomendamos encarecidamente realizar una comprobación previa en http: // tidewaterpcb. org
Si está buscando la escapada a la playa perfecta, debe ver esta unidad. Este condominio está convenientemente ubicado en el mismo piso (segundo piso) que el Paseo al otro lado del garaje, por lo que no hay largos paseos en elevador para esperar, y las vistas de la playa son perfectas. Acabamos de reemplazar todos los pisos con pisos de tablones de lujo. También agregamos una gran cama de espuma de memoria tamaño Chest Murphy al área de la sala de estar. Estaban cerca de Pier Park. Hay una gran sala de ejercicios frente al mar, una biblioteca frente al mar, un gran teatro gratuito y dos piscinas al aire libre y una cubierta con bañeras de hidromasaje. El condominio fue actualizado recientemente con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, muebles de cuero y decoración. Con encimeras de granito, una barra de desayuno con capacidad para cuatro personas, un sofá cama en la sala de estar y dos televisores de pantalla plana. Una vez más, Tidewater es el principal complejo de servicio completo de Panama City Beach con una cafetería en el lugar, un gimnasio frente al golfo, una sauna, un teatro privado, piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre.

The owners have went above and beyond to make your time here feel like home. New flooring, new furniture and everything you need to cook in the full kitchen. This unit being on the second floor eliminates the need for the elevators. Located right above the bar and grill, only one floor from food and drinks. Overall, great stay!!!

Everything I was looking for…nice place right on the beach. Also enjoyed that it’s on the 2nd floor and easy stair access to the beach. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you!

The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. The location on the beach was wonderful. Also the unit is very convenient for parking and so close to the garage as well easy to walk down to beach. The pools are also very nice. We had a great time

This condo was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we could possibly need. The owners did an excellent job in decorating and making it feel so cozy. This 2nd floor condo was super convenient. No elevators needed!

We stayed the middle of April and lucked out with the weather. The condo was perfect for us. Having the condo on the 2nd floor was game changing. We took steps down to 1st floor and beach access - no elevators! The condo was classy - clean - modern - comfortable - secure.
We love the balcony and balcony furniture.
Tidewater does a good job with daily maintenance/upkeep and security presence.
We would defiantly stay again.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. You couldn't ask for a better location. Close to Pier Park and a short Uber ride to anywhere else you may want to go! This second level stay was PERFECT for walking down to the beach without waiting for the elevator, however the room is located near the check in area and many travelers are passing by the room with their carts to get to the elevators which is quite noisy. We used my noise machine to help drown out the excess noise. The place was equipped with toiletries, towels/beach umbrella, and any dishware you may need for your stay. Beautiful view of the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

I will say the property has a million dollars view. The living room and kitchen are nice. That’s it. The bed is one of the worse We’ve ever slept on..even the pillows were hard. The ceiling dams had so much dirt / dust on them we could not use them..literally hanging off the sides of the blades. Probably would not stay here again.

Wow!! The absolute BEST place with the BEST condo owners you could possibly ask for!!! Matt & Deidre made our stay so easy and were the most professional hosts!! My husband and I truly enjoyed our quick getaway!! We will be back!!! 10/10 recommend this unit and these hosts!!

My family and I had a great beach vacation staying in Tidewater 208. The room was just as described on the listing, and it had absolutely everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. The hosts were communicative and always responded in a timely fashion. The ease of being on the second floor (the same floor as the parking garage walkover bridge) can be overlooked as unimportant, but it truly did make a huge difference in how easy it is to get on and off the property, as sometimes the elevators can take a while to get to you. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo to celebrate my 60th birthday - the condo was as awesome as the pics showed and the location was perfect! Being on the 2nd floor made it a breeze for getting to the beach and the car - and the beach view was spectacular!!! We will definitely be back!!

Great condo, perfect for a small family/couple. Great location within condo premises and short drive to all local attractions. Easy parking and the parking garage always had availability, even during this busy summer season. This is our second time renting this particular condo and we appreciate timely communication with the owners. We had all the information we needed well in advance to ensure a smooth check in. We look forward to future rentals with these particular owners :)

This condo was truly a breath of fresh air! It was conveniently located on the second floor, which was the same floor as the skywalk to the parking garage. The living room was spacious and artfully decorated. Plus, it included a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials. The bathroom was meticulously clean and included a variety of amenities for personal hygiene. Further, the rooms were quiet during the day as well as the night. We look forward to returning for another vacation.

I wanted a beachfront property where I could relax. The property was perfect! I had an issue with my code, I called the owner and it was immediately taken care of. I will book for more days next time

Beautiful condo, conveniently located on the 2nd floor. You have the best restaurants right down the road, the only complaint I have is there was no toilet paper, dish washing detergent or sponge to wash dishes, there was only 2 of us no need in loading the dish washer. Overall a wonderful experience

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The 2nd floor location was AMAZING!!! There were always very long lines for the elevator and we never had to wait. Very convenient location to restaurants, shopping, & entertainment. We loved eating meals on the balcony
at the high top table every day. You cannot beat the view! We will definitely be back to this condo! Owner was very pleasant and helpful .

The unit has been updated and the second floor view of the beach was spectacular. Vinyl wood flooring was a plus and made it more comfortable than cold ceramic tile.

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 208! The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated so cute! The view from the balcony is a great bonus! Tidewater was great too. The staff was helpful and friendly and the location was convenient.

The condo was amazing. From the decor to the views and finally the location. The location of this unit is as close to the check-in desk as could be. The elevator situation at the complex was horrible, but the beauty of this condo is you don’t need the elevator. Owners were great to deal with and we will definitely stay in this condo again. Thanks for a great vacation

The room and location were perfect, 2nd floor, same as the cat walk to parking garage. Short ride on elevator to head to the beach. The only issue we had is there is no lock on sliding door going to deck. Wife was a little nervous about this issue so, placed the broom in track to avoid any issues. Other than that the room, and view were amazing.

Balcony overlooks the beach beautifully. Morning coffee is the best with that view. Quiet and well appointed. Great location with accessible parking. WiFi was out of order the entire time I was there. Which would have been a major problem had I not had connectivity with my carrier hotspot. Overall a 5 just get that WiFi working. :)

very nice. however, it would have been nice if SOMEWHERE someone would have noted that, outside pools are not heated, limited staff working at the restaurant, gift shop/beverage store were not open. I understand because of the time of year, but if one had never been to FL this time of year, you would not know these things. Advertised the property listing all the amenities but didn't mention they were not available. Got to check in and found we had to pay a registration fee, this was never mentioned. We were charged the rate for a 2-bedroom, still waiting for the refund since it was only a 1 bedroom.
