The location of this apart hotel for us was perfect. Far enough out of town in a residential area to be very quiet but not so far as to be too long a walk .
The family owners are friendly but not overwhelming and very helpful when needed .
The apartment was a good size and gave us the facilities we required
We fully understand that the Turkish holiday trade has struggled massively over the last few years and that funds have been very tight. However, the apartment could have been improved by some simple DIY and TLC

this is a family run business and all the family members
treat guests with so much love and they helped us out
with everything we wanted and made sure that our stay
in Dalyan is an excellent one . this a little away from the
center but within 10 minutes walking distance so it was
perfect for us .

The apartment was beautiful and spotless, as we're the grounds but the best part was the lovely staff. We were made to feel very welcome
