Dear White Olive Premium Laganas Management, There are so many great things about your hotel that i am afraid i cannot list everything. If i had to sum it up in one word, i would say both the hotel and its staff is Premium. We stayed in your hotel between June 19-26 with our little son, Gellert. We had a room downstairs in the first part of the hotel with pool view. As a travel agent, we have been to many places around the world, but we hardly saw such a premium hotel as yours. It is unbelievable how the management could employ so many experts and above all so kind staff. Respect to the management for this. The staff is extremely professional, polite, smiley and helpful. Big special thanks for the hotel manager and Bruna, the barman. Every time they greeted the guests with a big smile. The hotel was very clean, well organised and modern. It is a hotel complex with 3 pools for adults and 2 for children. The aircondition in the room is not centrally controlled, so everyone can adjust the proper temperature.The hotel didn’t forget about families either, when designing children’s room. The food is tasty, special and a variety to choose from. It is impossible not to find something for your own taste, regardless we talk about breakfast, lunch or dinner. The cocktails are delicious in the bar, the ice cream is devine. The beach is very close to the hotel, you can reach it on 2 ways. There are several shops near the hotel, and some restaurants for those who would like to try out some local specialities. We never stay in the same hotel twice as to discover many places, but this is the hotel we must return to. This hotel is a paradise. Dear staff, let us thank you for everything. Great location, great staff, extremely clean, a quiet and relaxing vibe, food was decent for all inclusive, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and a big bottle of water.

If i had to pick at something it would be the “Gym”.. its not a gym really, just a room with a treadmill and a bike, could atleast have a few dumbbells or weights of some sort

Everything was perfect! It was a clean resort, the staff was very friendly and helpful, so we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel seemed brand new, the room was really big. We had a problem with the safe and they got it sorted in no time. Checkin and check out were easy and quick. There are lots of swimming pools and few bars for the all inclusive option. It’s just a few minutes from the beach.

Laganas is great if you are looking for all inclusive resorts with restaurants catering to all nationalities. There is nothing else, it’s not a town, only tourist shops and restaurants. The beach is full of vendors, sun beds and it is very shallow. If this is what you are looking for, then it’s good. On a personal level, I hated it. Drunk groups of guys losing it on the street, drunk guests at the hotel all day long, horrible beach from my point of view. If you are looking for Greek culture, quietness and something authentic, well this is the exact opposite. Just a few minutes by car and you are back to normality. It just depends on what you are looking for, and the lesson is learned on my part to do a better research next time :) having said that the hotel was very comfortable and nice, it’s just the atmosphere that wasn’t for us. The food at the buffet wasn’t great, just what you can expect at this type of places. Drinks were unlimited but of low quality.

Staff was super nice, hotel was absolutely stunning for the price and this was the cleanest hotel i’ve ever been to, especially during Covid. I dropped some food on my white dress and they cleaned it for me and brought it back to my my room - then when I tried to tip them, they wouldn’t accept it! But they very much deserved it! Loved everybody there!❤️

I loved absolutely everything!

The hotel itself appears clean and well-organised as compared to the chaos around in Laganas. Hotel personnel is super friendly and helpful. The hotel provides 3 pools that are clean and nice and invite to relax. Food and drinks (incl. alcohol, of limited quality) are available all day long.

- Even though the food at the hotel's restaurant may be at least equivalent to all the tourist traps around in Laganas, it feels like a huge school canteen. Always terribly overcrowded, cold white light, plain plastic tables. We prefered to eat out than eating in at the hotel. - The drinks included were just terrible. Instant coffee for breakfast in paper cups, 'orange' juice that has never seen an orange and long queuing lines to get any of them. Not to speak of the cocktails. Only actually drinkable beverage was beer. - At the beach there are about just 10 sunbeds available, which are always pre-reserved by other hotel guests starting from the early morning. (Not to mention most beds and umbrellas are at least partly broken) Prepare to pay 6-8€/day extra for a couple of sunbeds + umbrella at one of the commercial places at the beach.

Everything was perfect. The staff was kind and polite. Everyone was smiling.I like this hotel.

The staff were all great. Particularly the guy serving the drinks and the girls at the restaurant were really friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. The room was cleaned every day and the whole place is nice and clean. The price for the all inclusive is great value for money. It's only a 10 minute walk from the strip and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

While the restaurant staff were lovely for some reason the food didn't seem to be very warm, other than that all was great.
