A lovely hotel, excellent breakfast, great facilities, but without doubt the best thing about the seaview hotel is the extremely friendly, efficient staff,

Unfortunately a bar has opened (‘Nine Lives’) across the street from the hotel, the extremely loud music starts each day at 4pm and ends at 11pm, this spoilt our holiday, sitting on our balcony between these times was impossible ! We did mention this to the hotel reception who were extremely apologetic, but there is little they can do, this has really put us off from booking this hotel again, which is a great shame as it’s a lovely hotel, but not for us because of the noise from the bar.

Very good breakfast. Got an upgrade on the room which was very nice.

The location was perfect for us as so much just a short walk away. Stunning roof top swimming pool and plenty of beds available. Friendly staff and very clean throughout the hotel. We even got a few vouchers on arrival which was a nice touch…

Hated the lift system- I understand they only work with your room key to stop random people coming in to use the pool but the issue was that sometimes you’d end up going down to the basement and then up to the roof before you could go to your floor! It made us laugh in the end because it was so bizarre but was frustrating too.. Also- breakfast was meant to be until 11 but a few times we went at 10:30 and we were told it was “just in time” which made us feel a bit awkward- perhaps they can make it clear if last service is 10:30 and not 11 to avoid this..

En general me ha parecido un magnífico hotel. Teniamos habitación triple, muy grande, con terraza lateral al mar, baño completo y grande. Agua de cortesía que nos la reponian cada día y albornoces para el Spa. El desayuno muy completo y variado. Todo el personal muy atento y servicial. Magnifica piscina. Y genial poder aparcar en el parking del hotel de forma gratuita. No tengo ninguna pega, experiencia positiva.

Die Liegestühle sollten ersetzt werden. Sie sind schmutzig und sehen nicht einladend aus. Dusche war an einer Stelle undicht. Wir mussten Handtücher auf den Boden legen. Empfehlung: frisch gepresster Orangensaft am Morgen wäre ein Plus.

The hospitality of the Staff, made our stay so special and comfortable. I loved that they checked in on us , and how helpful they are.

The room I had was gorgeous with a corner balcony. It was spacious and a super comfy bed. The man at reception who checked me in was so helpful and helped set my phone and laptop with wifi passwords. he came to the room to make sure everything was ok for me. A big thank you to him. also the girl from the bar who brought wine to the room for me was lovely too.

Unfortunately, the next morning when I went to reception to pay for my bottle of wine, and re-order a second to be put in the room for me when I returned after my day out, things didn't go so well. Paying for my wine was the easy bit, but ordering a second one didn't go to plan. They couldn't understand that I wanted to order, and pay there and then. A second receptionist came, and i explained, still to no avail. Then a third receptionist came, and I repeated again what I wanted but still to no avail. So I didn't get my wine in the room when I returned, instead I went to the bar, when i came back to the hotel, and the same nice girl was there and sorted it for me. Unfortunate, but it has put me off returning , even though I liked the hotel.

The location is fantastic, right on St Pauls Bay, and we enjoyed having a balcony where we could sit and look at the beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was great, and the food we ordered from the pool bar was also delicious. One of the best parts of the hotel is the rooftop inifinity pool - it's simply beautiful with more incredible views. The staff were really friendly and helpful too!

The shower basin leaked and it had a damp smell to it.

The hotel is in a lovely area and right next to the sea.

Smart looking hotel. Great pools - both the outdoor and indoor pools were lovely. Fabulous view from rooftop pool and able to swim in this up to 10pm at night, which is not the case with some hotels. Live music on Sat eve.

Nothing - all good. Only downside is it’s a bit pricey if you’re on a budget.

Extremely friendly staff. Perfect cleanliness. Excellent breakfasts. Pools are unique. The outdoor pool has a wonderful view of the bay. The indoor pool is heated and very warm. A hotel you can only dream of.

At the end of breakfast and dinner service we felt rushed. Staff were courteous about it and didn’t need us to leave but there was zero flexibility. At 10:30 am and 9:00 pm on the dot no food and drink was available.

The room we booked which had a side sea view was clean, very comfortable, big, with big bathroom. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The buffet b'fast was various and delicious! The lifts worked smoothly. And the indoor pool and jacuzzi are perfect. Perfect location.

That there are no clothes hangers in bathroom and it would have been better to have a small wall mounted clothes dryer in the balcony.

Breakfast was good, many items to choose from. Staff were helpful and room was clean and quite a good size too.

During the weekend it was busy with guests and so the indoor pool was packed and not a quiet and peaceful place to be. Had ordered a double bed and didnt want a bed with 2 mattresses, but that's what i got unfortunately. Hotel parking was full too so i had to look around for parking in the streets around the hotel.

Everything was amazing, thank you very much for adorable experience! Good location, friendly and supportive staff, big and clean rooms. Breakfast was very good also. Spa zone was nice, outdoor swimming pool is adorable but in January a cold:) Definitely we will get back here next time!

All was good Small thing that can be addressed: not all coffee machines were functioning, when it was crowdy in the morning, it was not easy to get some coffee.

Everything was great. Super nice staff, modern furnishing. We also got a large terrace overlooking the sea.

The temperature of the swimming pool was a bit cold.
