This cottage is JUST like the photos! You literally step out the front door, off the ground level porch and you’re in the sand. The private beach area in front of the complex was wonderful as were the provided beach chairs to take down to the water. We had everything we needed. Booking process was smooth and the owner was very quick to respond from booking thru checkout. Highly recommend!

Exceeded my expectations. It had everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable queen size bed, beach towels and washer and dryer. Check-in, communication, cleanliness were perfect. The beautiful sandy beach with afternoon sunsets were just steps away from the cottage.

We enjoyed staying at the cottage as it had very easy access to the beach. In the morning, I could sit on the lounge chair and have my coffee with my feet in the sand!. It was easy to get into and out of as the traffic light was a great landmark.

You can't beat the location of this unit. The views are completely amazing. It was clean and had everything you could need for an amazing vacation from beach chairs and umbrellas to a stocked kitchen ( if you're one of those crazy people that cook on vacation). Cheking in is amazingly simple. This is the second time we've stayed there and can't wait to go back!

Terrific location and a unique experience. The first thing you will notice are the views of the Gulf from your living room and kitchen. It is just outside your door. And the warm water and white sand beaches are right in front of you.
The unit is clean and has everything you need for a beach getaway (comfy bed, full kitchen, drive up carport right outside). Great communication with owner and easy checkin.
Neighbors were close by but quiet and seemed friendly.

Cute cottage right on the beach-loved stepping right out the back door onto the sand back yard! Very clean, lots of amenities provided from beach chairs, sand toys, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of ice in the freezer ready to go. The bed was soft and comfortable and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Convenience store located right across the street for any necessities. Thank you for the stay!!

This has to be the closest we’ve ever been to the gulf. You can stand in the kitchen looking at the water and have your feet in the ocean in a matter of seconds. The cottage was clean and cozy and more than enough beach supplies provided. Neighbors were all very nice. Linda was very nice and accommodating, very easy to communicate with. We made so many amazing family memories and would definitely stay here again!

Old time Florida beach time with all the modern luxury. Open the windows and listen for the lull of the sea. Backyard is the beach, private loungers all set and ready to lay in the sun! Steps over the dune and you are there. Sunsets that leave you humbled and shells along the shore, water clear and beautiful. Watch for the dolphins to pass by. Only wish we could live there. We absolutely loved this place. It was very quiet and very beautiful. We could see the water from the window. We really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch, listening to the wave, the kids loved playing in the sand right outside the door.

This little cottage is perfect for 2 people. Did not hear one sound from the other vacations next door! Very clean and quiet little cottage community. Convenient to everything! I agree with a previous reviewer that maybe a deadbolt or new lock could be used on the bedroom door to the exterior. But other than that, we loved everything about our stay here! Thank you!

Perfect for 2 adults wanting to get away. Property was very well maintained and appointed. Comfortable and complete with kitchen items, towels, beach chairs, etc. Upon checking in, we found that ice was provided as well as start-up paper products and soap. Convenient to a variety of restaurants. Loved the view and being able to walk right out onto the beach. Proved to be a quiet and relatively secure location (would suggest adding a dead bolt to exterior bedroom door). We look forward to another stay in the future. Thank you!
