Happy that they made our bed and refreshed our towels while we were out. View of ocean was nice. Staff was great. Wine at five and warm cookies at 8 was nice. Parking was good and it was free, which is always nice.

All of the ice machines were broken. The stand for suitcase was broken. We didn't know we were going to have to walk up 3 flights of stairs, with no elevator access to get to our room. The bathroom was small and tight. I couldn't get a late checkout.

The breakfast was amazing. The view was priceless The room was beyond what we expected.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable

Easy and quick check in and check out process, perfect location, just a few meters away from beach. Very good breakfast. Its a value for money.

Breakfast was great and staff was happy and excited to serve. Well stocked platform. Room had ample towels and wash rags. Great place for a relaxing get away!

We spent a great weekend in the Outer Banks in Surf Side. The hotel is in a great location, oversees the ocean, the decorations in the hotel were so cute and the staff was pretty friendly. Definitely going again if given the chance.

The breakfast menu could need some improvement and variety We were also staying at the hotel for two nights only and didn't need the room to be cleaned every day. So out of respect for the housekeeping staff, we put a "do not disturb" sign. We were surprised to find out that the room was still accessed by the staff. This is not something we appreciated.

Saturday morning waited in long line for breakfast, short staffed maybe?? Saturday night was extremely noisy, sounded like people were yelling, fighting, slamming doors

We asked for an ocean front room once we arrived and for a bit more money, we got one. It was well worth it.

We were there off season, so it's understandable that fewer people come, but breakfast could have been better. The self made waffles were fine, while pre-made food looked tired.

Wonderful place to stay, clean, with great staff and breakfast. I want to complement the management for allowing me to change one of my days due to a medical problem with my mom. They worked with me and didn't charge me for the lost day. Thank You

The only slight complaint I had was the bed was very hard. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

Location was great. Right on the beach. A little difficult to get to because of sand drifts (and new knees), we assumed this was a seasonal issue. The breakfast was wonderful and convenient. They have an ice machine for coolers along with a machine for drink ice.

Hubby complained that the bed was too soft, I disagreed. Elevator was very slow, so we took the stairs most of the time.
