Pros: Great views from deck, not many guests so relatively quiet during week. Bathrooms and bed sheets were clean. Away from downtown, so definitely more quiet which we wanted.
Cons: Some wear to walls, but did not inhibit experience. Patio doors were not clean. Could use a few more kitchen amenities like hot pads, foil, saran wrap etc.
Our asks if we came back: Update prep guide PDF before your arrival, don't tell guests to bring things like hand soap when it's already provided, or the opposite, tell guests to bring foil if cooking if you don't plan to stock your kitchen. Overall it worked for us, just a couple small tweaks to improve the experience.

Perfect size to spread out for large groups, the balcony view of the lake was beautiful, & taxi service was easy & reliable- highly recommend ‘Ricky Bobby’ for transportation.The condo exterior flooring could use some updating, tiles are cracked & slippery when wet; stairwells are dark at night. Our condo was full of cobwebs/spiders & I had to ask for a broom to clean the patio as it looked like it hadn’t been touched in quite some time. Overall, for the price, I was disappointed in cleanliness, but happy it could accommodate our large group.

our family met a friend’s family for a 5 day vacation. everything worked out great with the unit itself, especially the space it offered. we knew it was a “party town” so we purposely booked monday thru friday. we had some noise issues at the property on thursday night and one downside is there wasn’t any onsite staff (after 2 hours of noise on the patio i called but it was an answering service). i would recommend maybe adding someone on thursday nights as we’ve heard they have on fridays and saturdays. chocolate cafe is great for breakfast sandwiches. the upper deck had fantastic dinner service and views. kids loved the perry’s activities and the playground “downtown”. the candy store with ice cream was a big hit too. definitely get a golf cart!

Nice location and condo was clean and in good shape. It was 8 adults and we had enough room without having to step over each other. Location is a short trip from ferry drop-off and a 5 minute golf cart ride to downtown.

Location! Location! Location! Couldn't be a better spot for Bash on the Bay. Spent the first half of concert days by the pool and then an easy walk to the concert venue. After that, out to listen to some local bands and grab a late night bite. Syaed around for the weekend and explored the island and hopped over to Kelleys as well. Great visit!

I'd recommend this place for mature adults, not families. The view is gorgeous, easily the best part. The facilities all worked well, were clean. I used oven, fridge, microwave, and shower. TV was cable only, a little confusing. Bring a citronella candle, couple decks of cards, and you'll be on the patio all night long. However, walls are paper thin and you will hear loud conversations from the neighbors. Mattresses are not rigid at all. Will likely return next year!

There was a mix up w our golf cart upon checking in which made us 30 mins late to our dinner reservation. The condo seems dated and i don’t think the cleaning team did a very good job. The walls/light switches/door handles and doors are filthy. Our bathroom didn’t seem clean as there was what appeared to be smeared chocolate on bathroom floor in a wrapper when we first moved in. The floors in the condo are extremely filthy. My feet were black after just walking around barefoot for a short while. All in all i enjoyed my stay but i think you need a new cleaning service.

I love the location of the condo and the view from the deck. The golf cart rental from the condo site was very convenient. There were some repairs that need made such as the busted shelf in the refrig and the screen door was broken on the slider to the deck. Some minor repair to walls would be good as well. The water pressure was a little low. We did al have a great time there!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Condos were very nice and clean. We rented 2 Condos side by side for 19 people in our family as a graduation celebration. Condos had everything we needed, and we loved the decks and pool. Wilp definitely stay here again if we make it back to PIB.

Love the condo and view but the floors where so dirty they would turn your feet or socks black if you took your shoes off. Bathrooms where duty as well. But everything else was great. Don’t let the dirty floor discourage you. We would go back.

The view from this condo was amazing! Easy to get to and provided nice place to stay at Put in Bay! Only negative was condo was not very clean and balconies had huge piles of mayflies that looked like they had been there awhile.

We had such a great experience this past weekend while staying at the put-on-bay waterfront condos. The view off our balcony was incredible, updated kitchen and bathrooms, clean, plenty of space, definitely the nicest place we have stayed at put-in-bay. We need some additional towels at one point, we called the office and they had them to us within 5 minutes. Great location as it was only a mile to the downtown area, We are customers for life and could not have been happier, highly recommend!!

Our family has been coming to Put-In-Bay for many years. My children were small and we used to go to Cedar Point three days a week and Put-In-Bay two days. As the kids got older, we enjoy the island so much, we decided to stay on the island. We have been staying at the Put-In-Bay condos for the last two years and we love it. We like the idea that everyone gets a bed to sleep in, and there is a full kitchen. There is nothing like having breakfast out on the porch overlooking the lake. In the evening after a busy day the living area is very comfortable for the whole family. We come up to the condos twice a year and we will continue to do so.
