What an amazing place! So beautiful, well renovated but still full of the old charming touch. We could cook our own breakfast and lunch, as there were all appliances provided. There is a tv at the living room but also another in the bedroom which made easier the Netflix+chill after a busy day of sight seeing. Very well located just in front of the metro, close to everything also through a cheap Uber ride. Could have stayed longer and longer.

The use of the washing machine was very important for our choice but was needed to pay an extra or so, so we decided to use one from a store close by. Besides that, nothing else :)

The location is safe and pleasant.

If you require complete darkness to sleep well then avoid this place. The bedroom has a light reflected inside the room and most of the apartment 24/7 from the emergency light outside the entrance of the apartment inside the building. I hope that maybe after this review it will actually be sorted so nobody else gets duped into booking just because of the nice images on Booking.com. Yes it is nicely done up but who cares if you can't even sleep at night! I complained to the owner and her response was that the tenants before had not ever complained. So she did not care about my problem apparently? I don't matter and have not paid to stay there that I get such an attitude? She did promise to sort it out eventually as I was staying a month but it never happened so I checked out one week earlier after my suffering three weeks of getting hardly any sleep and I got no refund btw or an apology. So it is indeed nicely decorated in a French studio style but lacking in comfort. If you don't require total darkness at night to sleep then it may not be a problem but the bed is also very uncomfortable and creaks too at every movement even just turning so I slept on the couch for three weeks! If the issues are sorted then it is perfectly adequate for a short stay only as its tiny.

Very clean and cozy. It's definitively worth it!

We loved everything about the apartment. Had to get used to Siesta time so many shops are closed between 1200-1600h! Nice and freshly renovated apartment with nice view over Marques. Good isolation so it was quiet in the apartment.Metro-bus-taxi stops right on your doorstep!
