C'è un po' di verde dietro e ha quello che serve per una permanenza breve.

La casa è sulla strada, per fortuna è in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla.

Grande struttura, quattro vani, pian terreno, cucina abitabile, bagno ampio e ristrutturato. Arredamento classico, sembrava di stare a casa dei nonni. Per colazione c’erano delle brioches e della marmellata ma solo due bustine di te.

La casa la sera era un po’ fredda, le coperte di lana pesanti. Magari trovare altre bustine di the e del caffè sarebbe stato gradito.

On nous a rappelé au moins 4 fois qu'il restait la taxe de séjour à payer avant d'arriver. Le logement n'était pas propre, les poignées de placard dans la cuisine collaient aux mains, la vaisselle pas propre, le micro onde n'était pas branché et le câble sale et collant. Et le petit déjeuner est industriel, et on ne sait pas depuis combien de temps sont ouverts le beurre, le café... Le lit a un matelas tellement vieux et usé qu'on ne peut pas y dormir. C'est pire que de dormir à même le sol au camping.

Super schöne alt eingerichtete Wohnung. Mit gemütlichen Garten möbeln. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte (außer Kaffee, der war gerade leer). Eignet sich auch super für ein bisschen Grusel👍🏼 Einfach mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, überall was zum gucken und erkunden. Einfaches einchecken mit Safe vor der Haustür.

Le contact sympathique avec Sandra. Une salle de bains très fraichement restaurée, une belle douche à l'italienne. Un jardinet accueillant pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. La proximité par rapport au centre historique : 10 minutes en bus, 20-25 minutes à pied. Les panières avec confiture, biscottes et brioches pour le petit-déjeuner.

La première pièce qui ne peut guère être utilisée.

Loved the authentic Italian experience. The location was perfect. The window shutters were ideal for keeping out the light and external noise.

Noisy upstairs neighbours arrived at 3am oblivious theur loud footsteps echoed through the ceiling.

Clean bathroom, large apartment, all amenities available on site.

The place is... special: you either like it or not. It is a refurbished old place with a long history. Once I stepped in I had a worm sense of being accepted in this group allowed to share the history of this place. Bathroom is new. Nice terras. Great value for money.

Kids complained about having it cold (although there are a couple of radiators hanging around). Breakfast not up to standards.

Location to center of Lucca, perfect if you want traditional Italian home

The house is lovely, only a 10 minute walk into the centre and well equipped with everything you need.

The people in the apartment above (not clear if they live there or were other guests) were incredibly noisy and kept us awake til around 2am.

Loved the garden. Apartment was beautifully quirky and spacious. Clean and comfortable. Position just a short walk from the city walls was perfect. Great value for money.

The host allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment after the check out. He was responsive on whats-app and cell phone.

We had difficulties getting hot water on arrival. The host arranged for the plumber to come during the day, but repaired the bidet instead of the hot water. Upon coming back in the apartment in the late evening and finding out that still there is no hot water, the host revealed that there is a secret pressure knob which allows hot water to stay warm. In addition to the hot water issues, the place is very dark, the breakfast offered were several prepacked (long-lasting) not fresh toast breads and pastry. There were no duvet sheets on the beds, just plain sheets, so during the night after turning in the bed, we would touch the same cover as any previous guests.

We arrived to a very special house, felt like an old and authentic Italian house, a house with lots of character. It had a wide variety of antiquities, suitable for those who like to be surrounded by antiquities :) The communication with Francesco was exceptional. Was available and helped with anything we needed.

I would recommend upgrading the breakfast we paid extra and instead of toast jam and pastries, add milk and cheeses, fruits or yogurt, eggs for preparation... For a better sleep, I would replace the mattress and bed

BATHROOMS NEED TO BE RENOVATED AND HEATING SHOULD BE AVAILABLE/CONTROLED BY GUESTS. OTHERWISE IT IS SPOOK BUT ACCEPTABLE TO STAY WITH ORIGINAL OLD STUFF AROUND BUT NEW MATRIXES ARE ALSO INDISPENSABLE. THANKS GOD THE KITCHENWARE WAS ALSO NOT FROM THE 1950'S.

The house is really clean and cozy. The bed really comfortable. Great shower and amenities. Francesco is so kind and helpful person. Good location. We had a great time there.
